I had such a great experience doing business with Joe. I was on a time frame for a box spring before my new bedroom set and mattress were delivered and they made the process quick and easy. The pricing for everything (delivery) was very reasonable. If you ever need furniture this is the place you want to contact. I will refer them to anyone. UPDATE:: so, Joe finally responds to my Facebook message stating that he’d refund the money that was taken without ever receiving a couch. I waited 2 weeks, nothing, so I messaged him again. About a week later he tells me that his boss (whomever that is) stated that I will NOT get a refund until I remove my first Google review…. THE NERVE!!I explained to fraudulent Joe that there wouldn’t be a negative review if he would have answered me, stopped the payments like I asked, and did things correctly. Of course, I need my funds first.This company is so fraudulent. Do not risk it, use Rooms To Go or another company that’s reputable and professional.

This was a very last minute Christmas present for our grandsons. The look on their little faces was worth it. Joe made this purchase easy and the delivery was on time and set up was quick.

Buyer beware!Bought a matress and base set and paid upfront.Base arrived after six month and we took delivery based on the promise thst the matress delivery is to follow.Well one year later no matress and the gentelman refuse to refund the set. Had to file in court in order to get a full refund. What a joke of customer service.

First time customer/bought 1 bed room set/full platform & mattress. I got great deals. Great service. Many options to pick from a variety of calendars. Great brands/ products. Great place to stocked your place. The delivery guy (Manny) is awesome. I will buy again.

Worst place ever ,when I paid for the furniture they said it would be delivered in a week ,I waited 2 month for the delivery The furniture was not what I expected, bad quality is not worthy the money I paid , totally different from what they show me. They sent me a smaller couch and bad bad quality

I highly recommend this place, the manager Joe was beyond phenomenal, professional, patient, informative and kind. Joe made my husband, 2year old daughter and myself feel very welcomed, he took his time to let me carefully choose all my items,he never pressured or rushed us although he had other customers waiting.He even gave my daughter a pink stuffed turtle just to help her feel comfortable while we made a decision.He was very honest with us about the delivery dates and prices, honestly I will be doing more business with South Florida Furniture. Keep up the great work and thank you for all patience and support.
