Have rented from Sixt in the past and always found them to be great..Until today! Spent an hour and a half trying to book a reservation with a coupon code They sent Me to no avail. Customer service hung up on me twice with one of them claiming she couldn't hear me. They did not fix the problem and had an attitude. DO SOMETHING TO HELP AND MAYBE SWEETEN THE DEAL TO MAKE UP FOR YOUR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE>

Absolute terrible. We rented a car for a week and had no damage to the vehicle. The person checking us back in took about 20 minutes walking around the car, circling things and taking pictures. He then told us we were good to go. We asked about the circles and pictures and he said he’s just logging it to make sure it’s in the system but that we were fine.. well 3 days later we get an email that we owed for a dent.. we contested and a week later got a bill for almost $600! Of course I looked at reviews online now and there are people filing lawsuits for this company for fraudulent charges just like this and Facebook groups for how much this company sucks. I think they are cheap because they charge you on the backend… absolutely ridiculous and I will be telling everyone I know to stay FAR away from this company as they are crooks!

Bad experience we rental I rent a car when I went to return the car they dint check the car now they trying to said the scratch the car on the invoice is said the car have does scratching from beforeDon’t rent a car from them they are scamming every one I recommend is you rent a car from them take picture the day I forgot to take pictures because was late at night the employee dint inspect the car now they are charging me 600 for the scratches the I dint do I some one from the corporate store to reach me

I was with my girlfriend, we had a great experience, and the car was cleaned. One of the associates Ulisia was very helpful, she had great customer service, was very knowledgeable, and was helpful. We look forward to rent from you guys again.

Antonio was a great help !! Super kind, greeted us and answered all of our questions. Great customer service !! We didn’t have to wait at all for our shuttle and the driver and everyone at the rental center was also very professional and nice. Will def be renting again from Sixt West Palm Beach !!

WARNING! DO NOT EVEN BOOK A RENTAL WITH SIXT, THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU $100 IF YOU CANCEL 24 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIME…WITH NO EXCEPTIONS (even if your pick-up time is 4-months away). In early March 2024, I booked a vehicle with SixT through an online travel agency for a trip that I have scheduled for late July 2024. Due to a change in the amount of people traveling with us, the vehicle reserved was going to be too small and we wanted to shop around for the best value to rent a much larger vehicle. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for an agent to answer the call, I stated my case, and she informed me of their written policy. I asked for an exception since my actual pick-up date was so far away. Her response was a flat “no.” I then asked to speak with a supervisor. She informed me that the supervisor was going to tell me the same thing. I insisted she transfer me anyway. After another 15-minute wait, she came back to tell me that no supervisor was available, but she would seek the assistance of another co-worker. After they conversed while I was on hold, that person came on the line, quoted the policy, and simply asked if I was going to keep the reservation or cancel. I informed them of my status as an American Combat Veteran, who proudly served my nation to uphold America’s values and principals and scoffed at the idea that this company would treat Veterans or anyone this way and that their business model is despicable. To my surprise, this duo remained committed to their company policy with no regard to customer satisfaction. That moved me to not want to spend a single dollar more than contractually obligated with SixT. I cancelled the reservation and paid the $100. I will do all that I can to make certain that no other American hero or ordinary citizen will book with this company. SixT values do not align with the America that I love. I give them 1-star for answering the phone, but if 0-stars was an option…that would be my true rating.

Avoid! After being driven by a shuttle driver who was playing very loud rap music, which no one on the shuttle appreciated, and driving erratically with elderly people and others who commented on the situation while waiting in line, waiting for a long time to check in, and being told a car with some scratches and over 5,000 miles was in "like new" condition (which I could not tell at 10:45 at night with no light in the parking lot), I did find some minor scratches on the car in the light of the next day and took a picture. I received a report days after the rental that that those scratches were new during our rental, which they were not. We hardly drove the car over two weeks and did not scratch the car at all. I will never consider any Sixt again (it was not a choice because I went with a Priceline deal), and not just the PBI location. There's apparently a reason it's not well known.
