They installed half of my items incorrectly, parts are falling off, the tint is terrible, looks like a child did it, and they damaged my car, put a big dent in it. Corporate appeared to be concerned all the way up to the time they hung up on me because I camplained that the parts rubbing inside my wheels means I cannot drive the car. Reversing the payments and now I have to pay more to fix there screw ups and damage to my car.

I recently had my factory car audio system upgraded at Audio Advisors this week. Let me start by telling you that I received excellent service from the time I walked in the door all the way until my install was complete. Jerit assisted me through the whole process. He answered every question promptly either by phone or email. The install itself is one of the best I’ve had done. The install included multiple amps, a dsp and 3 way components up front with 2 way components in the rear with a subwoofer in the trunk. They created custom A pillar pods for my mid range speakers that looks like they were built new from the the factory. The sound this system now has is leaps and bounds better than I had before. I am so satisfied with the service, quality of install and price that I am having an additional car upgraded soon. Thank you Audio Advisor staff for all you did! Five stars all the way!

Serious Autosport is great! They helped me troubleshoot a remote for my car thar was being problematic. Once it was offially broken, they ordered the remote for me and helped me program it. I had a special program for the remote which was not basic factory setting and they went above and beyond to help me get it working properly. I highly recommend Serious Autosport, they're fairly priced and super knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!!

went in with my 2001 BMW 325CI Conveertible. it was worked on by another shop and have had issues with the sound cutting out ever since. Sat down and met with Jerit Brown and he looked at the vehicle and gave me several different trouble shooting measures to perform before having look at it inadeptly. The care and professionalism were astounding and every measure he gave was spot on and I was able to resolve the issue on my own. Might I add it was an issue that the other shop should have been able to resolve had they taken the time or had the expertise to diagnose. I would highly recommend using this shop if for anything else their honesty and professionalism.

Great and amazing environment. Updated my car with an APR reflash and discovered a problem that fixed months long as you have been trying to find out.So many options for audio that it blew my mind.Never knew stereo could sound so good until I listened to what they display in store

My time at Serious Autosport (a division of Audio Advisors) was a real blessing. Since I am technically challenged, I had family and friends plus a well known car audio place try to figure out why the radio in my Lexus 430 SC had no audio, even though by looking at the screen, it appeared to be playing. Well, Garret (sp) quickly found the issue and fixed the problem! Someone, probably me, had inadvertently muted the audio. Since its an after market radio that came with the car when I purchased it, the dealer couldn't provide a manual, so we were flying blind in our attempts to correct the problem. The good news is that Garret wasn't. He un-muted it in about 30 seconds, gave me a quick tutorial about the radio, and I was on my way! Obviously, I highly recommend Serious Autosport and will trust them for any car audio issues I may have in the future. Thanks again Garret! Phil Kernicki, Palm Beach Gardens

I took my 2011 Porsche 911 Carrara in for an updated radio. I was completely satisfied with the system Jason sold me! Now have CD player, Sirius XM, Navigation system and back up camera to name a few upgrades. All professionally done in half a day.I would highly recommend them for your sound system upgrade. I found the price quoted to be exactly that and very fair. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for and want. 5 stars
