Last week, when I had an unexpected breakdown in West Palm Beach on Okeechobee and Military, Second Chance Transport truly delivered. I was absolutely impressed by their top-tier service. From the moment I reached out, their customer service was exceptional—professional, clear, and incredibly supportive. The tow truck driver arrived right on time, picked up my vehicle , and kept me informed every step of the way. These guys were a huge help. Amazing service!!! My vehicle was stuck in an area with no lights or identifying land marks. They were able to find me and pull my truck out of the muddy area where I had stalled. The driver was nice and friendly, hands down; best Tow Truck in West Palm Beach, FL.
