I have been a Subaru fan for long time and I think I have bought 3 here. I just dropped in to ask a question about my 2018 Outback, that I dearly love, at 100,000 miles. Tomasz was the first I met and he suggested maybe its time to go with a new car. I came in the next day and met Louis Torres and they put together a great package. I ended up buying the exact model I had before. I was totally amazed at the improvements. It feels like a totally different car with many more improvements. Thanks guys!

Yesterday I bought my daughter her first car. It was by far the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car. My salesperson, Ernest Grimes, was personable, knowledgeable, and handled every detail in a timely manner. No pressure, no manipulation. Just a kind good natured human being who really put us at ease. So refreshing! I will definitely use him for my future automobile purchases and will recommend him to others. Thank you for making my daughter’s first car buying experience so special.

Schumacher Subaru’s customer service is truly unmatched. I dread dealing with car maintenance, but Schumacher has made the experience surprisingly pleasant.
I’m consistently impressed with the level of service. Manuel, from the service team, stands out as exceptional. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. Manuel was incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule to find the best time for me. I appreciated his flexibility and efficiency, especially given how busy the service center gets.
Throughout the process, I was kept informed about the progress of my service. The team was transparent about any issues they found, providing honest recommendations without any pressure.
At Schumacher, I always feel like a valued customer and frequently recommend this place to anyone seeking top-notch service.

We went in to trade out of our previous lease, and drove off in a brand new Forester. Adam was our sales associate, and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles they’re selling and extremely motivated to help us stay within our budget while still attaining a quality vehicle. Nick, the sales manager,and Andre, one of the finance associates were both unbelievably helpful as well. At no point did we feel they were pushy, or not understanding of our stipulations. We had a great experience!

We tried to purchase a used car here. They wouldn't honor the advertised online price and said that was for the day before only. We found out they sold the car the following day to someone else for that advertised price. Then they tried to sell us a new car for more money.

Thank you Rodrigo De Maria. You provided excellent (10stars!!)thorough service, with keen attention to the fact that I am out driving around in remote areas of Everglades. My Crosstrek came in for 60k maintenance. Rodrigo, you made it worthwhile to drive 1 hr to get to Schumacher Delray. A shout out to Luana, she was superlative. She is high functioning, efficient, you’re lucky to have her. I’ve learned from past experience not to go to my local Subaru dealer, but instead head to Schumacher. Thank you.

Amazing experience, in and out in an hour with my new car. Diego Solano was wonderful to work with, no wasting time. Ariel Suarez in F&I was just as easy to work with. No pressure at any time, the whole experience was simple and easy.

Adam, my sales agent, was extremely efficient, friendly, fair, and professional. He made my buying experience enjoyable! Still very disappointed with my MPG, as the sticker was misleading. I am getting 21 mpg at best.

What a fresh breath of air!!! I had a relatively bad experience with another Subaru dealership north of West Palm and I'm glad I made the trip down to this dealership instead!! I knew exactly what I wanted and I am over joyed that my sales person Adam made it happen! Adam worked hard, was extremely knowledgeable and got me a great deal on the exact car I wanted!! Andre in financing sealed the deal with smiles and all in all it was a relatively easy and quick experience. Thank you all for being honest from the gate!! I trust them and will undoubtedly recommend them to any friends or family in the market. I am a Subaru fan for life now ❤️

Subaru service department looks for everyway to get out of helping with warranty claims. I would rather drive to a further dealership for help.
