Well here we go, I had been looking for a specific car for about 4 months. I traveled from Alabama to North Carolina to Georgia test driving cars that were listed incorrectly, were insanely overpriced or the dealer had misrepresented the vehicle in photos. I found my vehicle while traveling through NC. I called and Johny Chacon answered. He answered my questions and even held the car for me for 11 hours while I drove to the dealership. The transaction was simple and his team including Ariel Gonazalez and Jim Sabo were easy and accommodating. They didn’t need my email and contact info immediately ( basically everything you hate about shopping for car these guys don’t do) I don’t think they have it now lol. Then they made the purchase simple and easy. I got what I wanted.. no going back and fourth/ no my manager BS. I made a fair offer and they made me a fair offer for my trade. etc. I don’t write reviews but I thought I would in this case. TIL: Great experience/ no hassle. Also Johny is gonna get you some coffee so only drink one before you come.

I recently purchased my first car with great enthusiasm, but unfortunately, I was charged significantly more than the initially quoted price. I feel misled and disappointed, not only because of the financial discrepancy but also due to the poor treatment I received while attempting to resolve the issue with James Dean. His demeanor was unprofessional and rude he was impatient and refused to adequately address my concerns. I have a proof of this interaction, which shows his dismissive behavior. Feeling both humiliated and disrespected, I suspect that my experience may have been influenced by racial bias, as I am Hispanic. Additionally, when I reached out to Mrs. Jessica Linhart to explain the situation, she assured me she would call me back but never did.
As someone who values excellent customer service, I find this experience deeply troubling. I hope that the executives or CEO of GMC will address this matter appropriately.

My husband and I are pleasantly surprised at the simple and relaxing car buying experience. We have purchased many vehicles and this was by far the most enjoyable. We did not go into the dealer to purchase a vehicle that day, we wanted to just look at what was available, but Juan was very professional and helpful. We did not feel pressured and after seeing what we wanted at a great price, we decided to purchase.

I love the dealerships approach to selling cars very low key No pressure, knowledgeable, sales staff, and very helpful attitudes. Just a friendly approachable place to go when you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this dealer.

Called about a car yesterday right before the dealership was closing they confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and made an 8:45am appointment the next day . I drove 200 miles I was running a little late so I called them and told them I was 30-40 min late the lady on the phone said that it was no problem she would reach out to them and let them know. I get a call back about 10 min later from a gentleman asking which car I’m looking for. He states he will check to see if the vehicle is on the lot and he would call me back. He calls back to tell me that someone is test driving the vehicle and then laughs as he tells me it’s the owners friend which at this point he I already told him I had driven 200 miles . He states he will call me back again to tell me if she purchased the vehicle in which the customer did. Bad business !!!

Some of the salesman are really, really bad. Once they make the sale you become "persona non grata" and they no longer want to be bother with you. Management never returned our calls to discuss some issues we were having. Also called parts about a missing item and never heard back from them again. It seems like the Buick dealerdhip is based on a "don't care" culture where the customer is just a nausiance ones they got you to sign on the bottom line.

I believe that it was my good fortune to have Bob as my salesperson.Everyone should be so lucky. Every question was answered before I thought of it. Nay and Kevin made the service department run like a finely tuned machine.

Best dealership experience! Our sales rep was Rick who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to look at. Highly recommend! Everything was very straightforward, and transparent.
