CLOSE IT!!! WORSE EVERY YEAR 8/9/2023
BJS here I come. After decades with Sam's moved to Florida and I'm done. It's dirty and frankly scary that explains why they keep a police officer in a marked vehicle in front of that store. Every minute that is open, the staff is rude unprofessional. May have 2024 I decided I would use the delivery service place an order scheduled it for delivery the next day at 5 PM. Order never came. Sam's kept telling me the driver couldn't get into my community that they brought the order back to the store I knew that wasn't true because I was at home and the entry side of our gate was stuck in the open position for two days, finally the manager calls me the next day and says that was supposed to deliver your order took the order with them never brought it to me and didn't take it back to the store so you can't go inside the store can't rely on them to deliver it, I'm gone
WORST SAMS I'VE EVER HAD TO USE. I TRIED FOR TWO HOURS TODAY TO GET THE OPERATOR OR A PERSON IN TIRES TO ANSWER MY CALLS!!! UNBELIEVABLE

The new layout is absolutely horrible. So many people in line waiting to cash out makes it impossible to even look down the aisle with all the people waiting to check out. This change happened a few years ago. Was much better layout then.

This has to be one of the worst Sam's Club locations I have been to. Especially the Café. They cannot keep items in stock, if it is not the syrup for the fountain sodas, it's Relish or Mustard for the hot dogs. Today they had no straws for any of the fountain sodas or the Icee. They are always out of something, and usually do not have enough help in the Café either. The one good thing I can say is that most of the time, the staff working the café try to take care of customers the best they can, but nearly always look to be shorthanded there.

As my wife is a Culinary teacher at a high school. We are always coming to Sam's Club. Just like last night. Spent over $400.00 for a school prom. It's happening this Saturday. We will be at another Sam's Club today in Vero Beach. Last night we bought paper goods. Today is food.

For many years I have shopped at this Sam's Club and for the first time I have had the bitter experience that a Manager whose name is Sheik acts in such a rude way towards her customers. This lady is not professional at all, I don't know how the administration allows a person to treat their clients with so much despotism and rudeness. The owners and people who are really interested in this business should carefully evaluate those who represent them with their clients. It's a shame that because of people like this lady and the other employee one already avoids having to go to any business that feeds on people like us.

I have been a member of Sam's Club for over 10 to 15 years. I just called to get information. And I can never, ever get anyone on the phone. You would think as much as I shop. There when I have a question that someone would answer the phone. That's the only problem I have with Sam's no communication.

For make bill payment, the lady worker refused to take payment, Monday 5:35 pm, 3-11-24, on Liquor section. The same lady try to refuse to take payment. Try to force to make payment online.

The bathrooms are disgusting, no way anyone has been in there to clean them in days. 2nd time I have been to this location and both times an absolute nightmare.

Zero stars if I could, 1st day trying out Sam's Club. Limited options, many things out, limited staff so either 20 person deep lines or act as a free employee and check yourself out with no bag or box options to put your items in. Long line to just get out of the store. Parking lot is a mess with carts everywhere and no way to cross the parking lot if you go down the wrong lane with your cart. Went back inside and canceled membership.
