The worse service EVER! I went in one day at 5pm just to have a tire plugged. I only saw 1 vehicle in the bay and was told a patch which doesn't take long couldn't be performed as they were short staffed. Upset that I passed my house I said ok, I made an APPOINTMENT for the very next day. I arrive 10 minutes till my scheduled appointment and was told that it was cancelled because they were advised that they had to paint. I asked for a manager and was told he had just walked being me. After waiting a half hour a store manager came over and told them if I had an appointment then they needed to honor it. So once complete I gotta in my vehicle and all indicator lights were flashing showing uneven psi with the worst being the tire due in for repair. Now at this point I'd already been there 1.5 hours and it was closer to their closing time. So I filled the tires myself and the light went off. However the tire issues correct my car is shaking like crazy which means three tires are wearing incorrectly and my brakes are wearing improperly.

First time visiting the auto center service as a plus member I went in because i had a nail in my tire it was very unpleasant and unprofessional there was this fat Indian or Arab dude at the desk I was in line before this lady was but he called her up before me an he did not seem friendly at all he didn't speak or say how can i help you at all in then the wait time was very long and they had no cheaper tires in stock and once my tire was done they left the cap off my tire?? Smh now normally I don't usually come here because I was skeptical lol because free doesn't always mean good service good ppl lolsmh

I ordered a Spiderman cake 2 days ago for pickup on my son's birthday. Not only was it not like the picture they showed, but my son's name was misspelled. I was upset because I was already in a hurry, and the container was fogged up when I received it. I did not see the error until I arrived at my destination which was half an hour away. Being that I couldn't make multiple trips they told me there was nothing they could do for me, and guess who noticed? My son. I was so upset because they had me waiting so long on the phone, and the lady that finally came did not even assist. Plus, her tone was very condescending which is the last thing you want to hear when you're already upset. I pay for a membership each year and barely use customer service or employee assistance. I'm wondering what I'm paying for? It's not like my items are free. I would have appreciated more consideration and empathy, especially since it wasn't my mistake. The brushoff I received was even more hurtful.

One of the members features that I love the most about Sam's is that they will patch a tire if it's able to be patched at no cost to the member ? regardless of where you purchased that tire. So, even though I had to wait 2 hours for a simple tire repair, it was well worth it as I was nothing out of my pocket.

totally disappointed and disgusted. Be very careful what you purchase over there otherwise you will find yourself in the same situation as me...biting into a moldy Apple fritter and vomiting your brains out all night.At least the manager was nice enough to refund me for the purchase. Thank you!

I am truly speechless... I go to many Sam's clubs for the gas since I travel often and I can say by far that the way they have the gas station organized has left me speechless... Everyone is civil and they wait in line while an attendant directs you to a pump... LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!!! I wish I lived in this area just for this organization

Stopped here for the food court. Welp, they were out of straws. And there were kids everywhere. These parents looking so sad, because if you have a little child drinking from a cup with no lid, well it will be messy. They were out of soft-serve ice cream, out of sundaes, and out of frozen yogurt. They were out of hotdogs. Half the drinks in the soda fountain were just the carbonated water because the syrup ran out. They were out of pizza pretzel. I got supreme pizza, but there was minimal choice. Women's bathroom was gross. Pee was on all the seats. I went around checking and this little girl was checking too. I had to wipe a seat off. Husband took the kids to the men's bathroom and he says it smelled terrible and there was pee on all the seat. The men's room did not have the detector to flush because it was broken and needed 3 flushes for pee, just pee. Long lines, and the store was tore up. Got a flu shot and a COVID booster shot as well. The pharmacy was great. I was in and out fast. And they gave us a bag of cookies. My husband and one of my kids got a flu shot, too, so 3 people got vaccines, but they gave us a reusable shopping bag with Grandma brand snack cookies and energy drinks. Definitely the pharmacy is a great place to get vaccinated because of the snacks. They were not checking for a Sam's Club card at this location. So, bring your own straws to hit up the food court, which accepts all major credit cards and you do not need a Sam's card at the food court. The meat cuts are nasty. The pork looked like it had gone too long. I would not get meat or refrigerated foods at this location.

I come here because it's across the street from me. They typically have good deals and a nice selection. When they rearranged the store a few years ago, they changed it so that everyone waiting to check out is down an aisle and makes it very hard to look and shop when all these people are waiting in the line. Also I do the scan and go through the app so I don't have to wait in the line. The gas line is also insane. Come with patience for that.

Great place to do some shopping in Jupiter. This is one of a chain of almost 600 stores in the US and Puerto Rico. Since their first store opened in Oklahoma in 1983 these stores have been the perfect place to shop either in bulk or for individual items. I have visited many of their locations in Florida and other states. Their layout seems very consistent. This particular location is north of 45th street between the Florida Turnpike and I-95. There is plenty of parking but, as with many Sam's clubs, it can be busy and challenging to find a place near the entrance. There are no frills here. It is a polished concrete floor with aisles of items from Kayaks to clothing and food to vitamins. We often get food and pre-made meals due to their very reasonable prices. Checkout is one of three ways: 1) electronically using the app 2) by an actual cashier or 3) self-checkout. As you exit make sure you have a receipt as they check the receipt against the items in your basket. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this location to others trying to purchase their items at a reasonable price in a clean place with friendly staff.

Worst place ever!!!! Every single man there is LAZY & RUDE. I went there today 9/18/22 at approximately 2:30pm for air. I was IGNORED for about TEN minutes. A CUSTOMER was told he would have to get his own air because they’re “busy”, although they only were servicing 2 cars and it only takes a second to put air in a tire. The guy put air in his own tire, I asked if they could help me with mine and they said “don’t you see that I’m busy⁉️“ with so much nastiness and attitude… Another lady pulled her car up and told me EVERY SINGLE TIME she comes here, she has to put her own air in her tire. Believe it or not, she was in her 50’s. Sad. This is the most unprofessional Sam’s Club I’ve ever been to, and it’s sad that it’s my local Sam’s Club. UNFORTUNATELY. So today, I learned to put air in my own tire and stay away from their auto center. I definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here. 0/10 stars. Not only do you pay for membership, but you do everything yourself. This place is a JOKE.

Yes, it's always busy but it's one of two clubs in the SE area so should be expected. Always well stocked and staff are friendly. I use the Scan and Go option in the Sams App and skip the long lines. Still able to enjoy the perks of my membership, cheaper gas and completely avoid the frustration of waiting in line. You can also order online with your membership for delivery direct from the store or shipping for free!
