I ordered a Spiderman cake 2 days ago for pickup on my son's birthday. Not only was it not like the picture they showed, but my son's name was misspelled. I was upset because I was already in a hurry, and the container was fogged up when I received it. I did not see the error until I arrived at my destination which was half an hour away. Being that I couldn't make multiple trips they told me there was nothing they could do for me, and guess who noticed? My son. I was so upset because they had me waiting so long on the phone, and the lady that finally came did not even assist. Plus, her tone was very condescending which is the last thing you want to hear when you're already upset. I pay for a membership each year and barely use customer service or employee assistance. I'm wondering what I'm paying for? It's not like my items are free. I would have appreciated more consideration and empathy, especially since it wasn't my mistake. The brushoff I received was even more hurtful.

totally disappointed and disgusted. Be very careful what you purchase over there otherwise you will find yourself in the same situation as me...biting into a moldy Apple fritter and vomiting your brains out all night. At least the manager was nice enough to refund me for the purchase. Thank you!

I am truly speechless... I go to many Sam's clubs for the gas since I travel often and I can say by far that the way they have the gas station organized has left me speechless... Everyone is civil and they wait in line while an attendant directs you to a pump... LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!!! I wish I lived in this area just for this organization

Stopped here for the food court. Welp, they were out of straws. And there were kids everywhere. These parents looking so sad, because if you have a little child drinking from a cup with no lid, well it will be messy. They were out of soft-serve ice cream, out of sundaes, and out of frozen yogurt. They were out of hotdogs. Half the drinks in the soda fountain were just the carbonated water because the syrup ran out. They were out of pizza pretzel. I got supreme pizza, but there was minimal choice.Women's bathroom was gross. Pee was on all the seats. I went around checking and this little girl was checking too. I had to wipe a seat off. Husband took the kids to the men's bathroom and he says it smelled terrible and there was pee on all the seat. The men's room did not have the detector to flush because it was broken and needed 3 flushes for pee, just pee.Long lines, and the store was tore up.Got a flu shot and a COVID booster shot as well. The pharmacy was great. I was in and out fast. And they gave us a bag of cookies. My husband and one of my kids got a flu shot, too, so 3 people got vaccines, but they gave us a reusable shopping bag with Grandma brand snack cookies and energy drinks. Definitely the pharmacy is a great place to get vaccinated because of the snacks. They were not checking for a Sam's Club card at this location. So, bring your own straws to hit up the food court, which accepts all major credit cards and you do not need a Sam's card at the food court. The meat cuts are nasty. The pork looked like it had gone too long. I would not get meat or refrigerated foods at this location.

I come here because it's across the street from me. They typically have good deals and a nice selection. When they rearranged the store a few years ago, they changed it so that everyone waiting to check out is down an aisle and makes it very hard to look and shop when all these people are waiting in the line. Also I do the scan and go through the app so I don't have to wait in the line. The gas line is also insane. Come with patience for that.

Great place to do some shopping in Jupiter. This is one of a chain of almost 600 stores in the US and Puerto Rico. Since their first store opened in Oklahoma in 1983 these stores have been the perfect place to shop either in bulk or for individual items. I have visited many of their locations in Florida and other states. Their layout seems very consistent. This particular location is north of 45th street between the Florida Turnpike and I-95. There is plenty of parking but, as with many Sam's clubs, it can be busy and challenging to find a place near the entrance. There are no frills here. It is a polished concrete floor with aisles of items from Kayaks to clothing and food to vitamins. We often get food and pre-made meals due to their very reasonable prices. Checkout is one of three ways: 1) electronically using the app 2) by an actual cashier or 3) self-checkout. As you exit make sure you have a receipt as they check the receipt against the items in your basket. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this location to others trying to purchase their items at a reasonable price in a clean place with friendly staff.

Yes, it's always busy but it's one of two clubs in the SE area so should be expected. Always well stocked and staff are friendly. I use the Scan and Go option in the Sams App and skip the long lines. Still able to enjoy the perks of my membership, cheaper gas and completely avoid the frustration of waiting in line. You can also order online with your membership for delivery direct from the store or shipping for free!

Pretty much the cheapest gas in the area but at the cost of the membership price of $45, which is supposed to be credited to me. There hasn't been a long line so far. They also offer diesel which is also comparable to the area. There is not a great selection of organic produce so I can only recommend it for the low fuel prices.

I arrived at Sam's Club on 45th Street around 9:30 a.m. on May 3rd. I wasn't aware of the store hours and assumed most businesses were open by 9:00 a.m. I was asked for my Plus membership card which I do not have and I inquired when the store was open for "regular" customers and was told 10:00. I had another store to go to and some banking that I needed to take care of; so I was not going to be able to return to Sam's Club to purchase what I thought I "needed" that day before I had to clock in to work by 11:00 a.m. The employee who stopped me at the door asked if I wanted to upgrade my membership to be able to go in. I told her I would not be back (I meant that day) but when she turned around and walked away from me humming a cheerful tune. I am determined to not step foot in that store ever again! I'm making my own coffee pods and doing without the other items on my list!

New member to Sam's club at 45th Street. Met the store manager at check out. It's worth joining just to meet him. Neil was amazing and sold us on Sam's club over Costco! Will continue to shop there even though it's actually couple exits past Costco for me. He's a keeper!

I cannot say enough good things about the Pharmacy at Sam’s club on 45th Street. All staff members are so helpful. Whether it’s a last minute prescription fill, running scripts out to car, finding cost cuts/coupons on drugs. As a mom running around with 3 little ones, they make my life so much easier and I really appreciate them :)

I call the store to ask about a problem on my account. I called the local store four times. The first attempt they placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and call back. Same results, on hold for 20 minutes. The third time, I explained to the person that I've waited 40 minutes on hold. She said she would connect me with a manager. On hold for 15 minutes, no one answered. The forth time I told the lady I would not be out on hold. I asked my question. She told me it's a corporate issue. The fifth call to corporate took over twenty minutes to resolve my issue. What a joke their customer service is. In addition, if I'm in the store and ask an associate where something is located. More than have the time I get the wrong answer or "I don't know". Join a different discount club.

We are done here and moving to a different chain. After 2 years, things just go from bad to worse here. The store isn't always that clean, they seem to have less and less things that we actually want to buy, and the front end/checkouts is a disaster. Long wait times often and the employees and managers are no help at all, if you can even find one.

Sam's club does not carry many items I am use to purchasing compared to another big box membership I belonged to.
