I was slightly disappointed. I went in to get fitted, and recommendation since I am training for a half marathon (first time). I wasn’t really sure what direction to go with shoes to get.I got a recommendation, was handed the box to try them on and then not helped after the hand off.They have limited colors and options which was a negative and was told to just look on the shoe brands website.Next time, I’ll try a different place.

So I was looking for foot analysis to help my dad find shoes for him. I just want to say, there was this one employee that helped us and had great customer service. He gave us multiple options and explained to the fullest. He recommended a few shoes based on the analysis, but unfortunately they were low on inventory for the ones that were recommended. His name was Alex. He had awesome looking braids and seemed care free, and was so helpful. We didn’t purchase anything from there unfortunately because they didn’t have the perfect fit my dad was looking for, but if anyone deserves a raise, it would be him. No rushing, taking good care of the customer and was remained with a positive attitude even if we didn’t buy anything.

I’ve been putting off getting new running and walking shoes for so long because it’s such a hassle to find the right fit and I came in today and received so much support. They were so patient with me and most importantly knowledgeable!! I’ve been to many running stores and they know their shoes and have great customer service. Thank you !!?

So I'm new to running And I'm training for a marathon. I haven't bought really great shoes for running before and needed a ton of advise and help. I tried many places and no one helped or knew anything. I found this place and gave it a shot and the woman who helped me was an angel. She had me try on a ton of shoes. You can run in them on the treadmill and see yourself on camera from behind and how you run. She listened to my trouble areas with each pair and it got better and better with each pair until we found the perfect one. I've never been so happy in any store I've ever been in. I highly recommend this store for anything running!! Oh and a plus they told me all about different races and gave me flyers to help me learn more about them!

I was helped too by Jason who was very helpful and knowledgeable about different types of athletic shoes. I had foot surgery and both big toesare now fused.The only reason I did not give five stars is because there were no Hoka shoes in my size, and policy dictates paying in full with no returns if they don't work out, for a special order.I did purchase On shoes for the gym and I'm happy to try them out soon .
