Sorry to say this but this store was absolutely disorganized and very dirty. The bathroom was so filthy I doubt anyone had cleaned it in over a week. The doorway entry was clogged with wrappers and grime, I was surprised a manager would open the store with the entrance to have that appearance. A 10 minute sweep and a 5 minute scrub could have freshened up the doorway. I will not be returning here when there is a clean Marshalls a few steps away.

Most thrift stores are better organized.
The store, in particular the shoe area, is a complete mess !!! Looks like you are in a 3rd world country.
Why don't they have an employee organizing the store at all time?
Also, the store is freezing cold.

This store has to be the most unmaintained Ross store I have ever been to. Went to the bathroom with my daughter and as soon as I opened the door to the hallway leading to the bathroom we were smacked in the face with the strong smell of urine. The walls were so disgusting it legitimately looks like no one has cleaned that hallway or bathroom for months… smelled like a piss filled New York City subway, we had had to hold our breath and ran out before we threw up
