Can’t find a better gym around for this price. Very well stocked considering the smaller square footage. Great atmosphere that encourages you to push yourself during workouts. Amicable staff always willing to help out.
Welcome to Rock Fitness! Established in 2013, we have been helping people get fit for over 10 years in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida. Whatever your fitness goals are, we have what you need to achieve them. We are well-equipped with free weights, weight machines, cables, treadmills, spin bikes, rowing machines, and more. Unlike commercial gyms, we have plenty of space and are rarely crowded, so you never have to wait for equipment. We also offer a wide variety classes, including yoga, kickboxing, and Silver Sneakers for our senior members.
