Local small business which I prefer supporting over the big chains. Just met Rick and noticed he went out of his way to offer a set of clubs for free to a recent graduate to show his shop’s support for new students. He just bought this place to ignore the negative reviews, I read them and they all seem like bratty temper tantrums regarding first world problems. I like supporting small business especially ones I see giving back to the community, return the favor and tell Rick I sent ya!

The owner is a scammer, cheat and fraud. He agreed to buy 1300 golf balls in excellent condition for $390. We agreed for him to pay me next week. He called me a few days later and said he can only pay me $60. I went back to get my balls and he was holding on to my new balls in boxes plus all my colored ones. Don't do business with them. They are scammers and cheaters. Jason, nobody forced the balls on you. When you inspected them you was happy with the quality. I did not ask for a price. Based on your inspection you offer $390. So, don't make yourself look good. You are a scammer

Jason is a damn liar and scammer. He told my husband that he wanted the balls. When my husband brought them, Jason inspected them and said they were nice and offered $390 for the 1300 balls. The scam started when Jason said he did not need the balls until next week after the day before he said to bring them. Jason agreed that if my husband left the balls that he would pay for them the next week. So Jason wrote a IOU for $390 and gave to my husband. The next day Jason called to say that he can only pay $60 instead of the agreed $390. Wow.. do you see the difference. We went back to pick up our balls but Jason already emptied one of our bucket of $300 ball and added to his stock. We demanded all our balls and he gave us some old balls he had in a corner. When we inspected our other buckets, our balls were better quality, cleaner and better than his balls for sale. We saw he was selling balls for up to $2 each but wanted to give us 5 cents. Plus he stole over 100 of our brand new balls in boxes plus colored ones. I think that he is prejudice because we are colored people. They were 2 other people in the store that saw the quality of our balls and heard Jason cussing us and telling us that F..word. He is very unprofessional, a liar and a scammer. DO Not do business with them, especially if you are colored. There was no other reason to give us $60 when he already inspected and accepted the balls for $390. His poor response to our review to somehow look good was to say that our balls were junk. He was the one who inspected them and made the offer. But.. we took them to another golf shop and got them sold for more money and they were in love with our balls and would like to get more.FYI . This is not the way to do business and to treat customers. Stop being prejudice.

I came in the other day to find some golf balls and maybe get my driver fixed, I walked in and there was nobody at the desk, but a heavyset man in the back smoking sitting and watching TV. He then jumps up when he notices im there after 5 minutes. Me living in ballen isles, i expected way more out of this place as i heard good things about it. The worker was very unprofessional, smelled like a wet dog, and didn’t help me find what i was looking for. I then left in dissatisfaction as he tried luring me back in saying “ma’am”. Will never return and i recommend this place to nobody. 0 stars would be my honest review

Now his check has bounced twice. do NOT give Jason deposit ever. he is not the owner. he is lying hack. He can't deliver what you order, will dodge calls & writes bad checks.

Did a trade with the guy and he agreed to get a new putter grip for me. It’s been 5 months, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, he still hasn’t gotten me the grip, and hasn’t given me a refund and dodges my calls. Also people smoke in the shop.

Came into the Golf Shop to check out what they had and was able to meet a gentleman Jason who not only assessed my needs but also gave me a few pointers. And from a playing professional like himself you take them into your golf play. Highly recommended!! Very reasonable prices

I had plans to go to edwin watts and buy a exspenive set of clubs but decided to stop in Ricks to look. Told Jason what my plans were. But couldn't see spending 2 grand on clubs. Jason was not pushy showed me a good forgiving set of clubs. Said he would take my old clubs for a trade. Said he would Regrip the clubs for me. Plus he gave me a nice golf bag a new glove and balls. I couldn't be happier. Thanks jason
