Price has been great; staff is extremely friendly!Rooms: Very spacious rooms with fridge, oven, microwave, very big bathroom space and ice closets along with all that you need for kitchen stuff without having to ask for it.

The absolute worst customer service in west palm beach. As a titanium member Marriott should look into this property and overhaul their customer service protocols. I’m disgusted and will never stay at this property or any property affiliated with this management group.

One of my favorite Spots to Just relax and have family gatherings has a full KitchenNearby activities: Main Street in the front Gas stations and Fast food restaurants

Well...today, I find out the hard way, no matter how high of a loyalty status you get, means nothing at that Residence Inn.11PM, arrived at the hotel, at check-in, I requested a late check-out for 2PM because my flight leaves at 4PM which she confirmed twice then next day, right around noon, received a call from the front-desk, asking to vacate the room or get charged an extra day. I requested late check-out, I said. She replied, I don't have you down for late check-out. What about my status, I said? I see that and we thank you for your loyalty but, house keeping needs to clean the room, you need to leave or I will charge your card for an extra day stay, she replied. Seconds later, house keeping was on my door, knocking. Got chased out of the room, not even given a chance to take a shower.I've been staying at Marriott hotels for the past 2 decades, never had to suffer such embarrassment.

Exceptional service provided by the folks at the Residence Inn and Suites. Julie and Tashawn forgive my spelling, they are both beyond helpful and go beyond the call of duty to ensure your stay is Marriott consistent. If you come to West Palm Beach and aren't sure where to stay. This is a gem that really is located in access of anything and everything. They offered burgers one evening. The pool is clean and their standards are better than the other properties I have stayed at. Don't stay elsewhere.

We came to this location for a baseball tournament next to the hotel. The staff was very attentive and met all of our demands and requests. We had a few baseball team members that had different needs. One had a dog. one needed late check out. we all had a great time. Ta-shawn greeted us with hi personal flair. he was very nice. Julie was extremely friendly and made us feel home as we had to go back and forth from the parks to the hotel. Guillermo was always working/cleaning/setting up the food. What a hard worker. The lady at the breakfast did an amazing spread of food and watche dus eat with pride. Her name was Sandra, she just got a new SUV and loving life. She did a great job. We saw her do other things too, but not sure.This would not have happened if our friend recommended us to call Arielle who put us all in our rooms at a fair price and length of stay. She seems like a very experienced sales person ( we didnt meet her in person) but she follows up and cared about our stay and we appreciate her and i can tell she likes her job. She is a gem.Baskeball hoops and small badminton court or tennis court. great for kids. we used the pool and gym as well.Great experience.Rooms: Great a/c. comfortable beds and alot of space.

First visit to this newly remodeled Residence Inn in 3 years and the place looks great ! We haven't visited for a few years due to COVID, but returned this week and were pleasantly surprised. Great management team, great service. They have done a lot of remodeling and it looks great.

Possibly the worst Residence Inn in the continental United States. Water damaged, moldy bathroom ceiling, broken shelves, and the bedding was nothing less than horrible. I stay at Residence when I travel because I always have a great stay with them. The bedding in every other location is essentially the same everywhere else, quality. Not this place. Hard bed, itchy sheets, and worn-out pillows with dingy pillow cases.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. While they staff were very accommodating and friendly, the property itself had flaws. It smells and feels damp all the time no matter what you do to the temperature. Rooms were not clean when we checked in, hairs in the shower. While accessible to the highway and some shopping the area itself is not great. There is no bathroom separate from a bedroom so if you have kids sleeping in each room the only way to use the bathroom is to go into the room where people are sleeping.

I have been here for a 7 nights business trip and found it great! The hotel is new, super clean, Great Staff, nice room, good breakfast and a lot of amenities (tennis court, gym, pool, barcecue area with fireplace, basketball area). Super recommended!!!Rooms: Large, new, quiet and super clean.Safety: 100% safe.Food & drinks: Good breakfast!Noteworthy details: The mini tennis court was superb! The Staff was great and the barbecue area is one of a kind!

Very friendly lady on check in let us have the rooms 4 hours early. Very helpful as we had a lot of bags and 2 kids.Very good breakfast selection.Pool area is being renovated but looked clean.

I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. We choose to stay at Marriott because of its quality and clean experience, but this place misses the mark. The hotel is under renovation, but even the renovated parts are sad. The pool and gym were under construction. The rooms didn't feel clean and had many minor imperfections. Hotel staff was nice, and the breakfast was a good setup, but I would bypass this place and choose another hotel. The location is close to the water but is questionable in safety.
