First, ATM is the worst. It doesn't ask you if you want another service just spits card out after transaction. You have to reenter everything if you deposit than withdraw. I deposited a $5.48 check from a refund along with a larger check. It wasn't credited. Went inside they said they don't service ATM call the number on the card.. Ugh.. I haven't gotten it yet a month laterTransferring money external has been a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Only reason I keep the account is because it's across the street from my building. $8 service fee if account drops below $1500 because I would never set up direct deposit at a nightmare bank. The only reason it's not a 1 star is the people in the bank were professional.

I zelle money to my account every week and the money is available the minute that I zelle it. On this particular day, I was on the negative and I did a zelle transfer...the zelle was not posted until a day later so the bank can charge me the overdraft fee of $72.00. I showed them the page where the transfer took me off the negative but they refused to listen and said just because the computer shows it does not mean that it was posted the same day...How do you explain that? a zelle transfer is held to be posted the next day. Wicked bank, they will do anything to steel your money....

I recently moved to FL and needed to pick up a cashier’s check for rent/fees. I went in and the ladies up front went above and beyond to verify my identification. I signed the withdrawal slip and the woman helping me out even questioned my signature (it was a very lazy signature) and asked me to sign again to cross reference with the signature on file for me.They even took my new FL driver’s license and updated my profile information right there. They could have stopped at just checking my ID but it really means a lot that they want to protect their customers. Will be coming here if I need anything. :)

That was worst service I got there the manager kept telling that had no fund no more when I did 1st they told me it was my boss fault he couldn’t pay me then they told me it was my fault 1st of your supposed to help me not come at me never going back to that branch ever again

I don't bank here, but my mother did. I was/am POD and had to go in to wrap up some affairs on her behalf. The guy was nice and everything went smoothly. No complaints

Amazing even on a Saturday once they had the off sign I forgot to get pennies when I made change earlier that day and they still were willing to help me out real quick I wouldn't have been able to make it through the weekend with the change I had in my business otherwise

I am giving regions a 1 for the fact that they keep sending me other customers bank statement when I have already spoke to them twice making them aware of the issue. I have not banked with Regions and can only post this online message of the sloppiness of their mail. Please contact me so I can, for the third time, make you aware that you are sending me bank statements of one of your customers. We spoke last month and guess that did not work.

I have always had problems with this bank, today was no exception. Today I went in to deposit checks, and there was a problem I have never faced before. The people behind the desk explained that the ATM can accept checks that they cannot accept in person. This does not make any sense, and I REALLY hope they fully automate banks and banking systems. On another occasion this branch could not help me get a loan for my business and were not even willing to lend any money. I've banked with this bank for over 10 years and I have put my money into their bank for all those years and they are not willing to help me in any which way. I will not continue banking with Regions by the end of the month after my bills are paid. I asked the manager for a new debit card, because I have not received mine from the mail yet and they said they cannot. I asked why and they said to protect their bank, and their customers . I am the client and they are not protecting me, being helpful, and they are causing lots of problems without solutions. The manager was quick to brush me off like I was not important, and was of no further help. Not respectful, and not helpful! She did what ever she could to not help me but protect herself and her bank. This bank already has a low review rating and I can see why! The woman who worked with me who was not the manager was nice and patient and answered all my questions and did as I requested despite the managers presence and postures. I would review 0 stars if possible.
