The store is great, and most of the staff is very helpful. However, be cautious of the red-haired employee with a beard—he was dishonest with me. He promised a contractor discount, but after I paid, I realized he hadn’t applied it. When I questioned him, he claimed that the paint was premium and didn’t qualify for a discount, which is untrue since they offer a 20% discount to all contractors. Please be aware of this individual. Aside from that, the rest of the team does a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!"

I've been buying paint there for 30 years. Always great service and prices.
They can match any color you need. My company does stucco repair work and often I bring a chip of painted stucco & they match the color perfectly

This is my pleasure to write this review to compliment Brian who works at the Benjamin Moore store on Dixie highway.
While I was given the cold shoulders by Mike who obviously was in a very bad mood and very uncooperative, Brian came to the rescue and was able to give me the paint I needed.
Two hours later, I realize I did not like the color I picked for my front door. I called Brian and he offered to fix it for me.
After several attempts, he was able to make the exact color I wanted.
He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate his expertise and customer services skills.
