Purchased an appliance through Home depot. I purchased installation with the appliance. The person who delivered the product signed it over to a person with a disability while I was still on the property refused to return phone calls, did not complete installation and had read receipts of my text messages while I was trying to contact him. All within a 10 minute span. Shame on home depot for contracting with this company.

Unfortunately, HomeDepot uses this company for appliance delivery. Horrible experience. Super bad attitude towards customers, argumentative, and refused to delivery because he did not want to park farther down the street, or across the street. No prior communication of the truck size or parking needs to try to accommodate him/them.

Worst delivery company I had to wait 3 weeks for a dryer to be delivered due to incorrect information from delivery drivers and a glitch in their system supposedly . Pay attention to the bad reviews they are real an accurate don’t use this company. Not sure why home depot uses them

If you had an appliance delivered by Ralph's you can call and have it picked back up in 48hrs. Let them know that the delivery was horrible, they had no idea how to install the appliance and they had a VERY bad attitude. You can explain to your salesperson that you will refuse any delivery from Ralph's. There are good delivery and install people out there just ask DO NOT SETTLE FOR THE WORST

Their installers will use any made up excuse to just drop an appliance and not install. They do it when they deliver to my rental properties and today at my personal home. Nonsense excuses. Every time. I can predict it on every delivery. Just call yourselves a drop off company….enough with the install myth. I didn’t even want to buy the appliance because I knew Ralph’s would drop off and run. Congratulations on your excellent consistency there.

GE sent this awful company to deliver all our kitchen appliances....except they refused to deliver the refrigerator to the second floor. The delivery guys said it was too big for our staircase and they told my contractor that it was too big for the cabinet space we allowed. Both which are FALSE. THEY JUST DIDNT WANT TO BRING IT UP. I also caught On my ring camera, one delivery man rummaging through my personal items. Not cool. Not only lazy but they hire crooks.

GE appliances sent this company to my home to install a dishwasher. They installed it crooked when I asked them to try to straighten it out they put long screws through my custom brand new lacquer cabinets. Scratched up my floor became a verbally abusive and browbeat me into signing off on the paperwork then the person that is supposed to handle their claims for damages Roiland called me and said that his employee Luther would not behave that way in someone's home. He was so threatening and scary that my daughter went and hid in the bathroom. He basically accused me of fraud and I had to hang up on him. I am so angry that I am willing to spend the time and money to take them to small claims court. I should've never signed any paperwork and had them remove the dishwasher at the time. I was also on the phone with a friend trying to get the situation calmed down so I have two witnesses. I know it but will be more time and money that is probably worth but I'm not going to allow them to get away with treating me and my family this way and then calling me a liar. Do not allow this company into your home!!!! This is number 13 review all one star. Notifying BBB

Was contacted the night prior about my delivery the next day. I have a voicemail and called back to confirm and was told my 4 hour window was 11-3. I took the time off of work to be there during that window. Come 2:15 I hadn’t heard anything from the delivery people and was told they call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called the office and a rude manager claimed my window was 12-4. Luckily I had saved the voicemail from the day before and said I’m happy to send it to her to show her she is wrong seeing as how she was accusing me that I was wrong. I told her I can’t stay after 3 pm and that for my wasted 4 hours time and having to reschedule again that I would like a credit or money returned. She said they offer nothing of the sort and will only reschedule for another 4 hour window. They have zero regard for your time, have no repercussions when they don’t hold up there end of the bargain, and the manager was rude. To be honest though, I can see why she is rude because she is probably yelled at all the time by unhappy people. I get that things can happen but no one was letting me know of any changes and they are not sorry about you losing your time or work. Would never use them ever ever ever again.

Terrible services and company! They did the delivery for my washer at the occasion they dropped and damage the appliance. They were unpolite and unprofessional. They did not report the damage to the store where I purchase the washer and called a liar when I tried to report the damage. Took me 3 months to solve the situation, and after all that they had to delivery the new one. So, they came again and that time scratched my marble floor and did even care about it. The worse company, they not even worth 1 start here!

Its not just this transfers companies fault, after so many mistakes and sheetshow, homedepot still uses them like there is no other transfer companies,Ralph transfer sucks as much as homedepot sucks,Called me 11:30 am on the day it should delivered and haul the other appliances, guy said in 30.mins its gonna be delivered, BTW home depot is 4mins drive to my address, at 1 pm called them back and they said 20 mins, well called them at 3pm they said its been delivered ?, I thought usps is bad but delivering 2 appliances on wrong address requires even lesser iq than usps has (if they have any) so congrats to Ralph's transfer for being the lowest level of dumbAlso change your name of the company man its 2022 be creative

Make sure that you check with your local Home Depot concerning who will be delivering your purchase. If it is this company, refuse them. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with anyone. Home Depot says that delivery is "free", well you get what you pay for. Terrible.
