The phlebotomist, Ewa, is exceptional! I have tiny veins and each time she got my blood on the first attempt. Ewa is also extremely professional. I hope she remains at this site as she makes blood draws much more tolerable.

I've been here twice and both times the experience has been smooth, the staff has been thorough, pleasant and also on-time for calling me back for the scheduled appt. If you get a chance to have "Ewa" withdrawing your blood, you are in GREAT HANDS! I have small veins and it typically takes a phlebotomist 3x to finally get it, she gets it on the 1st try every time! Thank you Ewa for a great experience! Quest is lucky to have you and I hope you are appreciated as much as I appreciated your time and experience! GO SEE EWA, SHE'S GREAT!

They mixed up someone else’s medical records with mine, then tried to charge me for the other patient’s lab work and tests. I filed a HIPAA violation complaint against them.

First off I hated how everything was computerized. When I walked in instead of being warmly greeted. Nobody was at the front desk and I was face to face with a computer. I soon understood why later on because when someone finally did come to the front desk she barely spoke any english. Only in America where English is the main language spoken can you employ people who hardly speak two words of english. That is not okay. It's actually kind of pathetic.

I"m disabled and i got to the office10 minutes late and before the office was closed.There were no patients i. the office.I begged to get my blood draw.They finally agreed. Not particularly patient friendly. Additionally , my results never made it to the doctor. My wife's result still have not arrived a month plus later.

The ladies here at this Quest location are kind, respectful and caring. I went in for some blood work, which I set my appointment the day of, and they took care of me easily with care, as I also brought in my documents from my doctor & insurance card & I.D.
