The service and customer support at Publix has always been of high quality. I love coming to this Publix specifically because it is close to home and I can always do my shopping with peace of mind. But how unfortunate it is to come and have a person treat you with so much contempt and not even speak to you, treat you like a stupid person because they do not understand your English (I am Hispanic and my English is not the best because I think that at this point tolerance and respect should always reign). Dominique in the Deli area was so rude and rude to me and my family, I hope that vibe doesn't spread to the rest of the team. It's sad because this is the first time this has happened, he has always treated me with a smile on his face and a very good attitude. I work in customer service and I know how difficult it can be to work with many clients, but if there is one thing I have learned and been taught in my job, it is that a client should not harm you because you ruin the experience of others through no fault of their own. I hope this situation improves.

Publix, where shopping is a pleasure, never disappoints! BOGO is the best idea ever, the store is always clean, the staff always friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Ms Nicora, cashier w/ the chill-est persona & sweetest smile. Give her a raise please!!!

The best part about this particular Publix location is the DMV Registration and Tag Renewal machine! Walk in, enter your tag number, address, swipe your card, and your new registration and tag decal print out!!! No long line, no waiting! #iminlove
