Prescriptions never ready even after you call and are given a time. I can't tell you how many times this has happened...so be prepared to wait. Experienced numerous occasions where we were overcharged and had to have the insurance company call them to fix then another trip back for the credit. Staff is rude. MAKE SURE YOU COUNT YOUR PILLS AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!! Changing today. Enough is enough.

I live in the apartments right near this store and have been coming here for a long time. I used to enjoy coming here after work, but not any more. The employees are miserable lately, I believe because of Rich the manager. The morale is way down and it used to be great.

This Publix pharmacy is wonderful. Always very friendly. They are usually very busy but always have a smile to greet you. I would like them to treat their employees better. I know of so many employees who have gone to school only to have them leave. This is not a good policy.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. Overall, this place has a cool vibe and adds to my overall shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

Today my visit was pretty good I just needed a couple of money orders. I played the lottery, and the ladies behind the counter were very helpful and polite.

Use this pharmacy if you want them to give you half of the script and charge you for the full amount, argue with you about the doctor's instruction or treatment plan and deny any accountability of their own.

In this Publix the treatment of all the employees of the pharmacy is terrible. I have two important medication refills. You arrive and they tell you that they are not there. The anticoagulant that my husband takes that he can't stop taking, they told me that they didn't take it when the doctor had ordered it since Friday. Then they told me that I had to wait 1 hour before they could give me the medicine. Nobody speaks Spanish but even if you make the effort to speak English they don't treat you well

Publix in general is a terrible place but this one is extra! All of the employees seem absolutely miserable. That's a reflection on poor management or wages, in my opinion, but I could be wrong. The only nice person was the cashier Tony. But my goodness, the store needs some help in morale.

The people are friendly and the service is usually good. However, more than two years into this Global pandemic and they haven't figured out how to have prescriptions delivered to a sick person's home yet? Not cool when you have a fever of over 100 and can't make it to the store to pick up your prescription.

I've had so many problems with this pharmacy, all of which could easily be fixed or avoided with a simple call or text. They also rarely have the meds needed and if they don't have them, they just cancel the refill and don't say anything until I come in a day or two later to pick up the meds. Then they send it to another Publix when I come in asking about it and the other Publix does the exact same thing. 3rd time in a row, time for a new pharmacy.

Great bakery! We have always relied on Publix for all of our Special occasions at work! Love the bakery! Their newest offering is a Pumpkin donut! Ok not like any other donut I've had.. it's a raised sugar donut with a dollop of cream cheese frosting on top. So when I bit into it I was so pleasantly surprised- it was filled with a creamy pumpkin pie filling! Yes! Absolutely delicious! I can't wait to buy out all they have on my next visit! FYI their mini black and white cookies are the best! Better than Entenmann's and half-the price! I highly recommend! This review is specific to the West Palm Beach Andros Isle store! But I do love all of Their bakeries!!

I prefer to go to this publix over one that is a little bit closer to me because it is clean, spacious, and the staff is always friendly.
