I love Publix pharmacies and this one wasn't bad while I stayed in that area, but wow, that Asian pharmacist is so rude.

I attended the pharmacy in very desperate measures after going into no least than 10 other Publix Pharmacy’s and being denied to fill my prescription of Alpralozam. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Sky. She went to her pharmacist and got the approval for the medication to be filled. I can’t thank them enough for I spent day’s , going from one Publix to another even the one that filled this same script prior to the Covid Outbreak. Sky and the Pharmacist that were working the two days, were very transparent, professional, and courteous!!! Thanks to both of these ladies for their wonderful work ethic’s!!

Just wanted this review to show the great care we were given in our trip to the Haverhill publics over the last month. We were assigned this store in the covid lottery, and after driving there from Naples could not have been more pleased. The way were greeted and the wonderful treatment by Tim the pharmacist was fantastic. We were treated in a timely manner and made to feel very special. We then purchased a great deli sandwich got in our car and headed back to Naples. Thanks to the store manager who has created this fantastic atmosphere. Just wanted you to know how blessed we feel to have won the lottery in this great store

Second time I received the worst customer service from the 2 ladies at the pharmacyDepeka the intern refuse to give me a time frame for pick my medicine and she told me you can go somewhere.I arrive to the pharmacy straight from the hospital and I need pain medicine for my back as soon as possible as the doctor said.Depeka was so rude and claim to be busy when all I see was this to ladies laughing at customers.I ask for the pharmacy manager who was Stefanie and she was more rude then the First Lady.Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy like they said to customers because the customer service you will receive from this 2 ladies is repulsive..Many times I’ll be treat very bad and family members also in this pharmacy.Stefanie and Depeka they shouldn’t work in a pharmacy with people with pain because they are so Unprofessional..Talking with the corporate office and supervisor about this issue.

Never received my InstaCart Order earlier tonight and they added 3 very expensive items to my order that I never even ordered! It took over an hour the phone with Customer Service to finally say if can’t resend me my order tonight refund me my money that they finally did. 3 strikes your out, I’m done with them!!

I stop at the pharmacy to get a flue vaccine on September 1st around 1pm.Also at the same time I requested to fill up prescription for Lisinopril. The blonde lady I think her name is Stefani Mandanici claim that the prescription is not sign by the doctor and that it is only a copy. I told her that I saw the doctor signing it in front of me. At that time she made me feel like I am a lier and she is not going to fill the prescription till I get the doctor to call he. I believe that if she had a doubt about it she should have call the doctor and check and not sound like I am a lier. I been using this Publix since inception and I was never treated that way. Tim was always curtis and very nice and unfortunately he was not in at that time.

Blair Filowitz is the wrost manager that seems that she does not have any professional training. I dont know how that she became the Customer Service Manager. That really explains how and why the customer service in this Publix is Horrible. I will never ever never go to Publix again because of her. I talked to the quote and quote Store Manager Frank T and he was not better. He kept defending his bad manager Blair instead of coaching her on the right way to do customer service. Last week i spend over $500 in 1 visit at that store. I will never ever never go to Publix again. Forgot Publix... no customer service. Horrible!! Terrible!!! Overpriced!!!

I once timed my visit to get a sub with a stopwatch and it was 42 mins with 3 people in line. Absurd. I should have just stayed at work because the half hour I lost cost me alot more then the sandwich.

This is my favorite location to visit. It's very clean with a wonderful selection of items. The heroes (subs) are awesome. They only use Boar's Head meats and cheeses!
