We had a need to borrow against some jewelry. The staff at Provident were gracious and treated the situation with dignity. They extended us every courtesy, Jacob, the store manager, went out his way to accommodate us. For the short duration of the loan we were comforted that the jewelry was in good hands. Upon return the jewelry had been cleaned and was in mint condition.

A lovely store with beautiful new pieces and a great selection of classic vintage pieces from numerous designers. Provident is also very accommodating with repairs. Provident brought back to life several vintage coral and semi-precious pieces I inherited that were tarnished and broken. I enjoy wearing them and get so many compliments on these unusual pieces that were previously unwearable. A quality store with very nice people and excellent service. Don't go to an inpersonal chain store in the mall! Patronize this local business in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach.Beth Cole, Palm Beach

I walked in and inquired about a new gold chain. Jordan Gantwarg suggested that we instead repair my broken chain which he proceeded to do with his jeweler while we waited and at no charge. I had no appointment. This was beyond my expectations and I will return to any of the Provident stores based on the fantastic customer service that I received at West Palm Beach. Thanks Jordan!

Entire staff very knowledgeable and friendly , they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Prices also best around. I will never go anywhere else to buy jewelry, I recommend highly. Will be buying my wedding bands here in near future

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ask for Justin, he is a wizard around watches and any of your jewelry needs. Provident Jewelry in West Palm Beach has an amazing selection of new and used jewelry to choose from. Definitely recommend.
