I went there yesterday for the first time. I expected better services after paying $36.00 dollars for the ultimate. The guys took the rubber carpets out and hosed them, then put them back full of water. I had to ask them to take them out and get rid of the water.

Very disappointed with this service, I paid 36 dollars for the Ultimate wash include all the interior of the car, and they didn't clean the inside doors, awful service. I won’t go anymore.

I have no idea about the management or anything but I keep coming back here after trying multiple other car washes. They are definitely the cheapest in the area. I paid $25 for inside and out... they even included the wax and rain-x for the exterior. They also vacuum for you and do a great job, which is a big plus in my book especially considering the price. I'm not sure if their pricing changed or they just really like me but I've never had a negative experience here. As a young female, I might recommend bringing a friend if you're made uncomfortable easily. Its not the best area locationally, but again, Ive come here alone most of my trips and have had no problems. The guys are sweeties and don't speak English well except for whom I assume to be the manager, and he's always been professional and welcoming.

The employee who detailed my car was extremely rude, did not give instruction on where to park my car to be detailed, etc. and yelled at me when I put it in the wrong spot.

The entire staff is nice and friendly. However, the driver side and hood of my vehicle did not appear clean today.Sometimes it is a hit or miss with their services.

I came for a $14 car wash and was overcharged call business to speak to manager. No one ever answers. I left an incident report and no one has gotten back to me.
