My mother and i have come here on multiple occasions, Al and Jake are simply the best, if i could rate them more than 5 stars i would. The business is clean, the customer service is amazing. Everyone has positive and i never leave disappointed. 100% highly recommend!!

I recently worked with this company’s Florida location and could not be happier! They worked with me on my schedule, answered all my questions promptly and held my hand through each step of the process. Their prices far outdid any of our local companies and all the people I came into contact with were exceptionally helpful and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Mr. Nyborn was especially wonderful to work with and I would definitely use this service again. I highly recommend them.

I brought my grandparents’ European sterling silver flatware to Al. He was very professional - checking the silver content and carefully weighing everything. Brought in old silver flatware that I wasn't 100% sure was all silver. Took the time to answer all my random questions while he checked everything for me. It was my first time there and I was still treated like I have been coming there for years. Great service and friendly people. I have just a few miscellaneous silverware pieces left and I will drive the extra 10 miles to Precious Metals in West Palm Beach. Definitely!!!!

This was the first time my husband and I have used a precious metals/gem buyer, so we were going in with unknown expectations. Jake at Precious Metals was very thorough, accommodating with his time, and answered MANY questions that we had. We had two other buyers provide us with offers, but our best experience and money offer was from Jake. We have a few other items that we’ll bring in, and we definitely recommend a stop at Precious Metals in West Palm Beach.
