I used to like this location because Im RL big fan, and Im a regular customer since 2014, how ever my last visit wasn't pleasant at all. I stopped by Tuesday Dec 3th arround 7pm and I picked 3 items , while I was waiting for my turn to pay a white skinny girl wearing eye glasses called me with a very rude tone, no hello no nothing, she didn't ask me who helped me or if I found everything ok, she just picked a name Karim and choosed it as a person who helped me but he didnt, plus when she asked me about my phone number and I said I have an email she just pushed the keyboard to me without saying a word, and while I asked her a question she ignored me to talk to another employee, she was very very rude, I have no idea how RL hires someone like her to represent their brand and deal with customes.

Bad experience store manger refused to do an exchange after cashier told me it’s doable without a receipt if I’m willing to take store credit which I was ok with. He did have a bad attitude about it not sure why 🤔

When I entered the store recently, it was very disturbing that the store employees came to me every 2 minutes and asked, "My name is bla bla!..do you need anything?" This normally happens in other stores too, but here it has become extra annoying! Please warn your employees and ask them only once, otherwise they will decrease the value of your brand

This is an expensive store, but they don't accept returns or exchanges unless you "create an account with them". I refuse to play that game.

They need to update their hours of operation on their Google listing. They do NOT close at 9 PM, they likely close at 8 PM and when I tried to share that with someone through the locked door, they had no interest in understanding what I was trying to tell them. It’s pretty darn easy to update your hours of operation on a Google listing, a third grader could do it.

I never received the shirt I paid for that they ordered from another place. After numerous phone calls with them and their affiliates, excuses and reassurances, i STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY SHIRT!
