Not a great experience. Was told the day of my pod delivery that they could not place the vehicle in my lot due to traffic. It seems very unreasonable that this was not added as a consideration before booking and paying for the service. Traffic control seems like a very obvious service that could be provided for the company (even for an extra fee). Now we're left with no moving/shipping materials scrambling to find an option with days before our move. Very unsatisfied

Cheryl was amazing! Super nice and was very efficient! She even laid down mats to make sure my grass was protected. Would highly recommend getting pods for your storage needs. Especially Cheryl if you get her to drop or pick up.

I had a really great experience with PODS service. I was in need of a last minute POD in NY and they dropped it off the next day. My pod was then delivered to me in Florida and I was so incredibly lucky to have had the service of Cheryl M. I can’t tell you what an incredible person Cheryl is. While she expertly placed the POD in the exact location she was so nice to talk with. Great service and great people!!

They cancelled the pod delivery the same day they were meant to deliver the pods to my home. I had to call them for me to find out they cancelled the delivery last minute. I will never use this company again.

Pods drop of the container at a wrong spot on parking lot I call and James the driver came back out same day and made the adjustment on the correct location James was very pleasant and accommodating in doing his job very professional I called pods and requested James to come back when time to deliver.

Cheryl was amazing! So pontual, super sweet and my things were just as I left them in the container. She was so kind to send me pictures from both locations. Definitely a life saver for someone whom don’t have the time or people to move a whole house in short time. Definitely using them again in the future. ?

I best drivers i've seen. please request her For all your PODs servicing needs. She communicates well, Want to make sure everything is right for the customer. Due to her busy schedule, she still made time for me and flip the container when I asked for it the other way.

Today( 8-27-24) Had another POD delivery by Ms Cheryl. She greets you , introduces herself and then she gets to work. It’s nice to see an employee so professional, courteous and really likes her job!!!! Excellent service. Hopefully we get Cheryl all the time. Thank you Miss Cheryl for being so professional.

We were thoroughly pleased with our PODS experience!! Thank you for making our move so easy and affordable. James picked up our POD today and was very professional and courteous. We will most definitely be recommending PODS to our friends and family!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their customer service is about as bad as they come. I cannot get anyone to answer questions. They’re having an issue processing my second payment and are now saying I have 8 minutes to make it work or they’re going to cancel my move. Funny because I already have my two pods packed full of my stuff in my driveway. The customer service is SO HORRIFIC. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 5 different times and have been denied. Please make this make sense. I will never again use this company
