Made appt online and reported on time. They had no knowledge of my appt when I arrived, Showed them the confirmation on the phone and they just shrugged their shoulders and wondered out loud why it wasn't in their system. After that, I still wanted to open up a new account and their computer would not let them proceed. Spent 45 minutes as the guy tapped at his computer, entering and reentering and then he had help from someone else, but all to no avail. They just couldn't take my money!! Wow, retail banking sucks these days. Guess everything has to be online with no customer service.

Rosse is the girl who took care of me at the window . She was pretty nice and helped me a lot . The only thing I didn't like is on the phone the tell you to walk in for a big amount to whit-draw but when you come in you have to make an appointment but overall she did a good job at explaining to me and helping me with what I needed

No stars is my rating. Run far far away from any PNC Bank. It's safer to keep your money in a shoebox because they'll just steal it from you at PNC. For me, they double paid my larger household bills month after month. I know they tell us to pay extra on your car when you can, but when your bank "accidentally" sends it out twice a month and doesn't stop no matter what you do, I bet it'll overdraft you! And then they take $100 for themselves every time. Last year it was my health insurance. I can't send out Zelle anymore due to "excessive overdrafts" created by PNC, but I also can't close my account because my AT&T bill has to get paid? What kind of kindergarten nonsense is that? Can't I just pay AT&T from another bank? According to PNC, NO. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE RIGHT PAST PNC BANKS. YOU CANT AFFORD THEIR MISTAKES.

This bank can not add to save their life. I went to this particular location multiple times with my business deposit and they always tell me it doesn’t match. I take it back to my office and re-add the deposit and it matches perfectly. Take the deposit to another location and they have no problem with it. This particular location relies on the scanner so do everything for them. They never add manually just expect the scanner to do their job. It’s pretty pathetic that they can add with a calculator. They cost me time and money so I will be switching banks.

Honestly this Branch is the worst ever! First of all when you call to make an appointment you can’t communicate they keep telling you to call back. They’re completely disorganized! I went to a scheduled appointment and they didn’t even know who I was, and me having already a confirmation email this is insane! Claudia Acosta is the branch Manager she didn’t even care to call me back an apologize. I am going to place this bad review everywhere even on Yelp! Keep up the great work! For all of you that are reading this comment don’t you there open an account on that branch!

I was a customer years ago and left PNC due to an abundance of service charges. I went today on my vacation to get a cash advance from my master card and was told they didnt have the technology to accommodate my request. I had to go to the ATM and was charged a service fee. Also I requested a cashier's check and was denied because I don't have an account .

Spoiler Alert: I hate most financial institutions.... that being said I was with PNC for 3 years, a little trouble with them at first. I opened a checking account with them and for whatever stupid reason they give you 3 accounts .So I linked my gym membership to my checking, for whatever reason they linked it to my "virtual wallet" which resulted in several overdrafts. Its only $20 a month for planet fitness so money wasn't the issue, its was having 3 accounts and only keeping money in one. Any extra money I have I put into stocks, cuz less than 1% doesn't do jack for me.Eventually planet fitness solved the problem since PNC wouldn't own up to it. Moving forward I wanted to open a business account and they wanted to charge me $100 for it. I tried to get them to waive it because most other banks don't charge a fee for that. I had a few other issues and eventually met Claudia (the whole reason I left them) I was asking about the fee and she was not nice about it. She explained that if I didn't keep a $1500 balance there would be charges ($12 a month) I think, I explained to her maybe in a not so nice kinda way that wouldn't be a problem, just because I didn't have it in my checking does not mean I don't have it. I have an IRA with fidelity, an ameritrade account and the robin hood app on my phone, which is free trades if you haven't used it... She said "well just let us know when you want to close your account" in all fairness I did curse, but did not threaten anyone. She was ready to call security, really? because I said f***** that is not threatening, its cursing. I filed a complaint with PNC and someone called me about the situation, they didn't do much about it. Apoligized etc, etc but she is still there and I am not. I did open an account with chase which also has BS fees like every bank, but at least they are nice. Why 2 stars you ask? Corrina, Jennifer and Fabian, always nice, friendly and patient. they are the reason I stayed there as long as I did. Give them a promotion and get rid of her please. That is all.
