Don’t bother calling, they don’t pick up . The Palm Beach ( branch which I loved ) went virtual ? so stuck with this branch .I usually have to go in person to get my issues handled.

I went to my usual branch on Northlake and withdrew money earlier in the day, but I accidentally needed $40 more. I made the mistake of coming into this branch on 45th St., and it was a terrible experience due to the teller Serena. The machine to do drive-through was broken, but there was no sign on it so I tried to use the drive-through but then after no response, I had to go inside. I brought my ID but not my whole purse because it is a crime ridden neighborhood that is so dangerous. It is very scary. The teller made me go all the way back to my car and get more forms of ID. I wouldn’t even have to go inside at all but their drive-through is broken. What a joke! It took a lot longer because the doors are extra bulletproof and there’s a vestibule that you have to go through and it’s kind of an annoying process. Also, I was really offended because that is not a usual practice. The teller just decided to do that as a personal decision. I will never go back to this branch again. It was a very negative customer service experience.

Went to make a withdrawal on my lunch break and dealt with tracy. She could use more customer service training to say the least. She was very rude was unhelpful. She sent me to another branch because the manager was on lunch and she wouldn’t be able to make my withdrawal. She displayed 0 problem solving skills and was unwilling to try to find a solution. Bad representation of Pnc bank 100%

This is the longest wait in a PNC drive through I have ever experienced. There hasn’t been anyone in front of me for 10 minutes and I was waiting behind one car. This is unacceptable at this time of day. I can understand earlier in the day having a rush, but this is late afternoon.

Be careful using the ATMs at this location. It ate 2 checks without any confirmation of acceptance, after freezing for 3 minutes. On other occasions it has frozen mid way through, and unable to complete the task. You are better off going in during hours.

Worst PNC branch I've ever been to. On multiple occasions, including this morning, I've had tellers get an attitude with me because they "are busy". They left me in the outside teller lane for 15 minutes today, all while nobody answering the "Call" button. Their excuse was they were really busy on the inside. Funny thing is I was the only person in the outside lanes! Then the woman proceeded to roll her eyes and get a bad attitude with me. This place is obviously mis-managed. Someone needs to give the women working at this branch a few lessons in proper customer service techniques. They are a disgrace to the PNC brand. I have never had experiences like this at other branches.
