This PNC branch used to be managed well. I have 5 business accounts with the and 2 personal accounts and have been with PNC or the banks they acquired for the last 15 years. Most recently, they switched general managers in mid 2022. Performance/customer service is non existent now. I spoke to the new general manager asking about obtaining some transactions in Excel for my business accounts that the CPA requested. This is a standard one button push. The new General Manager was very receptive and told me he could get . This was a week before the deadline. After multiple emails/calls, these clowns made me spend my entire weekend manually recreating what is a 30 sec exercise for PNC because PNC did not give provide. My partner was right in refusing to use them. We do a few million dollars if business with PNC and this is how they treat us. We will be transitioning to a new bank and advise you do the same. No respect for your time.

I wish I could give them -0 .. I had an appointment at 5 o’clock. I went in at 4:40. I waited in the waiting room for an 1hr . The man (micheal ) came out and told me I have to reschedule and come back a later time because he’s still was with a client and what I needed would take 30 mins and they were closing ... I’m curious on why he couldn’t have told me this an hour ago ? He made me wait in hour to tell me that he could not see me despite that I had an appointment. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. Wasted my time

As a millennial, I spend far more time with my banking app than at the bank. However, I recently needed a PNC auto loan, and had to stop by the branch to pick up the documents from the transaction I initiated online. It was quick and easy. When I lost my wallet a week later, the service I received from the members of this branch was superb. I truly felt like a name and not a number. I have always loved PNC and kept banking with them even when I lived on the West Coast of the US without a branch in sight because of their atm reimbursements, ability to deposit checks on my phone, etc. I'll continue to be a loyal customer because of how they helped me out this week. Thanks for caring!
