It's 10/31 and 2 out of 3 leg press machines have been "out of order" for awhile... Why does it take so long to get things fixed? Especially since there aren't many machine at this location to begin with

Muy mala atención very unprofessional staff at the front desk you can check the cámaras is a lady name Maria star fighting with customers and the skinny young “ manager “ walk away without fix the problems too many staff looking at each other and don’t let people work out this location should take it of that staring kicking out the manager after the staff

I have not attended the facility yet. But their website has been very helpful for me in making my decision to join. I am currently going to PT and need a great place to continue my progress.. I believe this will be the best fit for me.

There are way too many cardio machines and too few of what people really use. I have to make at least two lines every day (wasting my time) to use a machine.

Never have I been so humiliated in my life. I recently moved to west palm beach from Coral Springs I try to go to the gym that I pay every month for only to be told I can’t work out confused I ask why the assistant manager then told me the membership I have is for my home gym only. I was surprised and confused but ok let me call my home gym and transfer and make this my home gym called they transferred now this my home gym. I showed him my phone my membership still I was denied access like what is point , is it that serious you see my membership you just heard me on the phone (it was on speaker) with my home gym doing the transfer. I will never go to or refer anyone to a planet fitness in my life. Canceling this membership first thing in the morning!

This PF is not bad for the price, now this is a small place and the biggest problem is that it's ALWAYS PACKED no matter what time you go.
A lot of teens and early 20's people seating on the phone holding machines and staff doesn't do nothing about it...

I switched to this location when my original gym was undergoing renovations. I love the place. It is impeccably clean. There is always paper and disinfectant available. The front desk crew is top notch. Friendly, smiling, welcoming. It is a pleasure to get there in the morning to work out. Thank you everyone for being great.

From the moment we walked in, customer service was definitely on vacation. The people working were eating McDonald's at the front , the African young woman working was so high her eyes were squinty, red, and common sense was nowhere to be found. The hydro beds didn't work properly. The other 2 staff members, after eating their McDonald's went around the tan area and turned all the bright lights on, talking loud, there went relaxation time in the massage chair... and being a black card members..traveling from another state, we were charged $1 for winkie eye wear...and you had to use a CC. No cash accepted, and at every other PF we have never be charged, for eye wear. The staff was too busy consorting with others that they couldn't mop up the water on the floor...I should have read the reviews before going...... I am still shaking my head and we left over an hour ago...not coming back here again .... I'm writing this so other members can be aware, Thank God this is not my home gym, I would cancel immediately....
