Lots of cardio equipment and plenty of machines to choose from. There is also a number of smith machines and dumbbells that go up to 75 pounds. My only issue is the men’s bathroom was extremely dirty. I would never want to shower in there.

The facility is very clean and the front desk staff is very courteous. There is an array of equipment to use.
