1st visit was great! 2nd was the worst! Late to open store for my 9am appointment... did not set up an environment... not even music... then cut up to 5 inches of my hair when I just wanted a clean up...Nice person but very disappointed in the whole visit...

Short staffed. Door was locked when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I had to wait for someone to open the door. They didn’t acknowledge me until the other customer walked out. Disappointed.

I had highlights, a haircut and a blowout today at Pizzazz at Village Commons. Larissa did an amazing job. I loved the way my hair looked when I left the salon. Larissa is extremely professional and personable. I already made my next appointment with her. I highly recommend Larissa. Update....Larissa is awesome. She did a full head of highlights, haircut and blow out again today (June 9th) and I am so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of exactly what I like. In addition, she is extremely friendly and kind. It was a great few hours spent with her while she did my hair. Her work is meticulous. I highly recommend her! It was okay, the girl I had was very nice, but I don't like that I can't add a tip to my card. I never carry cash and they only take cash tips. I had to go to the publix to get cash for a tip

I am in West Palm for only a month and needed a hair cut. I have thick, short gray hair and needed someone who knew what to do with it. I had never been to Pizzazz in Village Commons and was lucky to have Jessie as my stylist. She is a real pro, understood what I needed and was saying and was extremely patient, my haircut was perfect. It was as though, I had been going to her for years. I would highly recommend her and when I come back, would definitely book a return visit with her. Salon was immaculate. Joanne B

Larissa did a great job cutting super straight and coarse Asian hair. She layered my hair so beautifully and I really loved it. Highly recommended.
