The worst quality of wash I have experienced in over 40 years. $30.00 ..the dirt still on the exterior of my car. There are no checks or at least someone to talk to. A rip off!

Bad experience, I requested a membership they charged me $20 but for 1 single wash, when I returned I made the complaint the manager laughed and that he didn't know Spanish that was his response.

It’s been weeks that in tunnel equipment is not functioning. Wets the car with diluted foam, and air dries the car. Most of brushes are inactive or not calibrated properly. Terrible location and it’s the only close location to my home. About to cancel membership. Never experienced anything like this in other el car wash locations.

Took my car to the car wash, and they broke a piece of my camera and they told me they can't do anything to it.

Unprofessional and "couldn't find me in the system" after I paid for a monthly membership, was there multiple times before, and told me there was nothing they could do and to contact corporate. Won't be coming back, beware of the membership.

Not too happy with these folks. I had an unsuspecting recurring charge that wasn't explained to me properly. In the end it's my fault. I won't go back.

I emailed to cancel membership, as instructed on the website. I was still charged for 2 months of a membership. Called then was notified I had to go in person being it’s a “new location “, which was listed no where on the site. Only to go down & receive the answers, “ Oh my bad, all I can do is throw a few free washes at you next month”

So it didn’t scan my license plate, I had to pay $23 for a car wash. Called them after, and I was told that the car wash changed recently? To pink bird? Doesn’t make any sense. Canceled my membership.
On top of that, Location does matter. This one kind of sucks, horrible wash compared to the other location I’ve been going to.
