I wish I could give this agency 10 stars because they truly deserve it. When it comes time to do my insurance review for the year I do not enjoy it at all. Long wait times, no one explains anything, all they care about it the sale. However, ever since I've been dealing with this agency it has been a breeze. Ruth was the agent that helped me. She reviewed my coverages with me and helped me understand how my coverages work and what they are for. I now realize I never carried the proper insurance until now!!! She was very sweet and she was so patient while bringing me onboard. In addition, my experience with the other staff has been great too. Anytime Ruth is not available everyone is equally as helpful. Please check them out I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Wanted to save a couple bucks on auto insurance. I called up my agent, Ruth was the person who helped me. She recommended me to do drivewise she gave a couple options to choose from. She sent me some instructions on how to install it myself (of course I didn't understand), she also gave me the drivewise tech number so they could help me with the tech stuff because she did help me understand they are separate entity from their office and the office cannot access their system directly. She also offered to set time aside for me to come to the office so she could better help me. Since I prefer face to face interactions, I drove up to her office and everything was super quick and easy from then on! Please give these folks a chance they are great people!
