I reserved a truck for a Saturday at 11am . Only to show up to find the office closed even though the hours say “Saturday 9-5” on the door . was on hold with Penske for 20 minutes at least waiting for the customer service rep to “contact the someone there who can help me “ I waited for 40 minutes . Knocked on the door and even shouted “hello “ at the open window to the apartment above the office . Not a Karen , just thought it was ridiculous.

Ordered a 12 foot truck as well as a hand truck and furniture pads. The truck was there, the hand truck and furniture pads weren't. This was a long distance one way move and we needed the pads.

Whoever was working here on October 14th at 3:30 should be fired.Upon parking in front of the Penske office, a woman came out of her car as we approached the locked door at 3:30 and informed us that she was on her break and after telling her that we had an appointment at 3:00 she said she was here at three and she was on her break now. Then promptly locked the door on us to wait outside until she finished her McDonalds and felt ready to give us the truck we had reserved.Update: After twenty minutes of waiting outside she finally opened the door and we were able to get our truck, how absurd, such an awful experience.
