Terrible store service.
I went to return the hat I bought yesterday. So I went to the store today and they told me that if they couldn't give me a refund, I had to exchange it for store credit or something else. He then showed me that there was a phrase written in small letters under the counter that said there were no refunds. I think they should have explained that there was no refund when I paid for the items I purchased yesterday and it should have been written on the receipt. I was mad. because this was my first time in a situation like this. Two staff members did not speak English well and had difficulty communicating. This is the worst store I have ever been to. I will never go again. Posting the non-refundable part in small letters under the counter without any explanation is the owner's deception towards customers and consumers should not use this type of store.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They clearly don’t get enough business by people buying things so they leave glass at the edge of the table almost intentionally so people knock it over and half to pay for it! I knocked over a $5.00 shot glass and when the lady told her the price for it she told the lady to be quiet and charged me extra. She’s lucky I didn’t curse her out. Then she has the audacity to ask if I’m buying anything after. Are you kidding me? The workers in that store are miserable old hags.

If you like people following you and your children while you shop, watching your every move. This is the store for you. As a small business owner myself, I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt as maybe they have problems with frequent shop lifting. But when people that don't look like me come in and are givin complete different treatment. Now I have a problem. And the worst part about it all, is the people who run the store share the same ethnic background as me!! They deserve less than one star.

Went here twice on vacation to get additional tshirts. The employess are super nice! The store has a variety of souvenirs and is very clean.

Horrible place to shop for souvenirs. The lady was literally breathing over my shoulders the entire time, following me the entire time throughout the store. I felt like she thought I was going to steal or something. I felt uncomfortable I should have walked out with empty hands. Zero customer service skills. I had my kids and I understand they are curious but I am a mom who watches them and makes sure they don’t touch things. But this lady told my 6 yr old “don’t touch it, if you break it your mom has to pay it” my poor kid was almost on tears. I felt harassed by her behavior. Overpriced items. Makes money from people like us who want to shop for our loved ones, but I don’t think this business deserves our money.Sorry not sorry…

This store has anything you would need for a souviner from Florida. I took my friend there to get some things for her kids and grandkids and we got there just before closing but the ladies at this store went the extra mile by helping her find what she needed. They went in the back and brought out things they thought would interest her. She is very picky and it had to have been tiring and stressful for these ladies but they never wavered. Kudos to y'all and your patience and kindness.
