I went in to have a custom frame made and the owner seemed confused and overwhelmed. I walked out when I realized I was wasting my time.Judging by you're ridiculous response. I'm walking away from this post the same way I walked out of your store. Good Riddance. P.S. you should really work on you're customer service skills too, the reason you don't remember is because you were overwhelmed and wanted nothing to do with the project. Bye bye now

I absolutely love this place. I brought my great grandmorhers paintings into get framed and the end results was absolutely beautiful. Not only did they know there line of work, the service was outstanding and the job was completed alot sooner than I expected. It was a beatlutiful shop in a beautiful location as well.

I just moved here and much of my art was damaged. Kathy was amazing she helped me pick new frames, touch up damages so they would not show, introduced me to a team to help me hang my art when I get back. I had such a great customer experienced and felt really cared for.

It was actually a classy frame for a gift for my mother and sister, I sent it to her and soon after It arrived exactly as they needed! She was so impressed how quick was done including the quality, everything was simple with hardware.included, I'll be using this company for all future framing needs.

I bring all my art to Cathy to do the framing for me. She will usually pick out which frames and matting look best because I trust her judgement and I am never disappointed. I frame all my pieces here because you can't beat the customer service, beautiful framing and expertise work.

I was Appalled to learn that ( Cathy) (AKAs) the owner made Defamatory, Malicious Statements to A Client Breaching Client Confidentiality regarding my Appraisal Services. Any Dissatisfaction from the client would be the Jurisdiction of Palm Gallery framing services. I HAD made numerous referrals to Palm Gallery and had business dealings with them in the past. Until it became obvious that (Cathy) (AKAs) the owner Maliciously and Intentionally Slanders Other Professionals Without Cause and Breaches Client Confidentiality.
