I had a great experience with Palm Beach Countertops! Ariel was wonderful and helped me through the whole process from beginning to end! And the guys who installed my countertops were great and made it look so easy. I am loving my new countertops! Highly recommend!

The owner is a scam! Don’t trust them or use their services. Two of their men driving their truck crashed into my yard in February of 2024. Ripped up my yard, killed one of my palm trees. The owner showed up and promised to fix the damages. They had to get a tow truck to remove their truck. We called him numerous times. He kept saying he would repair the damages. We got estimates to fix the damages, and replace our tree. He never showed up or took care of it as promised. He lies and dodges responsibility. Not trustworthy!

Overall everything was good. After they measured I believe they forgot to call me to schedule an appointment to install my countertops, so I waited abount 3 1/2 weeks to have them installed. Also, they scratched my new cabinets. I will buy from them again.

My wife wanted quartz countertops, and at the time it didn’t really matter to me. But happy wife, happy life. After Palm Beach Countertops installed our beautiful new quartz tops I was blown away at how great they looked. PBC was professional from beginning to end. The sales and office crew helped us find what we really wanted. The guy who came out to measure was a pro. And the installation crew was top-notch. I could not recommend Palm Beach Counter Tops any higher. Competitive price, quality product, quick lead-time, outstanding service. The total package.

We came to PB Countertops with an unusual/custom request for a very large unusually shaped kitchen island. Ariana quickly grasped our ideas and worked closely with us to get us just what we wanted. It didn't phase her that we changed our minds on the specific granite at the last minute. To further illustrate how great they were - all was accomplished in 2 1/2 weeks to make sure everything was finished before our large family Thanksgiving! We took a big chance tearing up our kitcken counters 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and they didn't let us down!

I just had PB Countertops install quartz countertops & window sills in my kitchen. Ariana was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Amber was very nice and helpful as well. The gentleman who took the measurements was professional and courteous! The guys who installed the tops were very nice and did an awesome job! Everything was done within the expected time-frame. My husband and I are very happy with the outcome!

My wife sent me with a picture of what she wanted our new kitchen to look like, Amber told me exactly what the product was by name and took me right to it. They came and measured immediately and had everything expertly installed and everything was exactly perfect! The installers were true craftsmen and totally professional. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!
