Dealing with insurance companies can be stressful but once your vehicle makes it to Palm Beach Coachworks it’s smooth sailing. They are very professional and kind. They made my process so easy . Sonja is so genuine and down to earth she made sure to go over everything and answer every single question I had. You can tell that she actually cares. They helped me get into a rental and they finished my car a week earlier than they told me. My car looks amazing I cannot even tell it was ever hit. Amazing quality service and wonderful staff! Sonia is awesome and super efficient, she Made my repair easy to understand and incredibly fast! My car was finished the next day, even after ordering a part that was needed. I will always come to PB Coachworks with my vehicle’s needs.
