This company is run on the premise of deceit. They lie, cheat, hold your items hostage for more money. Pond scum scammers. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night. Karma. The owner is married to a guy who was arrested for running a moving scam operation. Every bad review posted is accurate. Run as fast as you can. Our belongings were damaged, smelly, and ruined. Took them a month to deliver after they said 4 days, and charged us 6k more than the quote and if we didn’t pay it they would just keep our belongings. If the police were not involved I’m almost certain we still would not have received our belongings. The owners have built an empire and are living a lifestyle of the rich and famous by scamming people for a living. Shameful. What goes around, comes around. And it will.

I hired Pack Men after speaking with Angie she set everything up for me got the packing taken care of and all I had to do was open the door the job they did was professional and I finally got a chance to relax after weeks of stressing thank you Pack Men USA I am now sitting in my lazy boy with a smile

A client requested I find them a moving company and I do not like to recommend companies I haven't personally worked with but I called and spoke with Kyle Allen. and he was personable and knowledgable so I gave this company a shot and my clients were blown away with their professionalism, responsiveness and value. I will send all future clients to Kyle with the trust that he will take the very best care possible toservice my clients

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The contractors they hired held my things for over a month, trying to get more money out of me, belligerent on the phone, yelled at me saying “you people” lied about where my things were and broke an antique vanity and mirror and never reimbursed me.

Pretty Terrible Kyle never bothered to resolve any issues I had! So therefore the bad reviews are well deserved! First off there brokers they lure you in with the cheap price i was quoted $2500.00 but ended up paying $4,200.00 the price was not the issue it's the lying and not being truthful then our furniture would be in Las Vegas for five days! No one told me that it was a total surprise. The only good thing was Alpha movers they worked hard and didn't break anything! So I'm grateful for that. But using packmen again? No way your better off hiring Bekins for your move seriously stress free because this was huge stress! They didn't call you where basically left in the dark. There horrible! And you know whatt? scumbags and they know it!

Don’t believe the quote they provide. It will prolly be double the price, when the actually moving company comes. They seem super helpful when trying to get business, once you are their customer not so much. I think PODs would be an better option

If you’re going to use absolute scammers as contractors be prepared to get an awful review. Anytime I ever needed them they never picked up the phone and I maybe got a text back far too late. I would definitely use another provider . These guys are just middle men jacking up the price

I had a truly great experience with this company. At first I was nervous because they did estimates of cargo rather than in-person or video inspections. I think the key is to really be aware of how much stuff you have because I saw a number of reviews saying that the movers charged way more than the estimate given by the broker. We estimated high to try and avoid that and I was surprised that we still went slightly over our estimate. But it wasn't much. At the end of the day we did a cross-country move from LA to NY for less than 1/2 of what anyone else had quoted us. The company they hired in LA to move us out was great. They helped pack some very fragile items like large computer monitors and everything arrived to NY in great shape. We had one fragile antique table that took some damage to one of the legs, but easy enough to fix. And that is despite horrendous weather across the country that the drivers had to deal with. Speaking of which, I was also shocked by how fast our stuff got here. We had expected 2 weeks or possibly a little more but the drivers called us on day 4 and said they'd be there the next day. They were delayed a day due to a small accident that occurred from the horrendous road conditions in the north east, but still got here in 6 days.Moving cross country is stressful and I was nervous about a lot of things, including how they were going to get some of our large items into our Brooklyn walk-up. But everything went very smoothly, quickly and cheaply. I highly recommend. Just make sure you're clear on how much you have and up front about any obstacles that may be present for the movers, like stairs or items that will need to be packed on-site.

They are the best sold two of my houses up state New York They got both houses packed up within a week of me, notifying them that I have to leave both properties immediately thanks to the Pack men USA crew it was an easy process.
