Orthodox Zion is a wonderful school. I had the opportunity of serving alongside Mrs.Chester,Mr.Brown and staff. I was employed their for 4 years and have nothing but good things to say. This is an accredited child development center for children ages 2-12 year olds and it shows. I wish nothing but the best to the next family and staff that attends.

Great program. My kids loved it and if they didn’t out grow the aftercare they would still be there.

If you want a friendly, clean, loving, learning, caring, safe environment Orthodox Zion Child Development Center is the place to bring your child. My child attended the VPK preschool program and the after-school program and as a result his learning has soared through the roof!

I called this daycare on May 3rd to get information and also to inquire if they had space in their 3 year old's classroom. Per my phone conversation I was advised yes and was told to come in and do a walk through. After my walk through on May 4th I completely fell in love with the school, it was very clean, staff was very pleasant and the fact that they give the children homework really had me impressed. Before leaving I expressed my interest and in the presence of the director and assistant director I was told yes they had space and would enroll my 3 year old. That same day I started the transfer process from his current school which takes 3 days. Today May 9th I called to confirm that they had received his transfer paperwork in order for him to start on May 10th and I was advised that I needed to bring my son in for a walk through and that this was part of their policy. I leave work early, I go and pick up my child from his current school and when I get to OZCDC I meet with the assistant director who takes me into a conference room and advises me she has good and bad new for me. The good news was that they could put my child on the waiting list and the bad news was they could not enroll him, none of which I was advised on the phone. Now my son is not enrolled in any school, which means I am now forced to miss work until I start another transfer process and fins another school with availability. I felt really played with and they wasted my time. Very unprofessional, and this is one of the reasons why the waiting list would not work for me. I would never consider this school again or recommend them for that matter.
