This is a SCAM do not pay. Ordered the shoes $90.89 order# 10363. Sent back the shoes my cost $23.00 asked for refund nice concept but the shoes did not fit my feet. Call the number listed on the site disconnected. Emailed the company for a refund times 5, no response.

I think this company is out of business. They have My returned shoes that didn’t fit over $100 of my money and I cannot reach them by phone or email.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to have their mistake corrected, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, 2 size 7's for my sister and 1size 8 for myself. Customer service is zero. The shoes are wonderful, you have a fantastic product sadly you don't care about your customers. I am very disappointed I can not wear my new shoes, sadly it looks like I will be stuck with then as I can not afford the postage back to America, and I feel as it was not my mistake I should not have to pay for the return. I have owned a pair of onesoles for many years and love them, bought in my country, Australia, great customer service, but no longer selling them here sadly.

I love the versatility of these shoes. I wish there were more places I could get them. I can't find them anymore in any stores and online they are like dinosaurs now. Never to be found in new shoes.

I absolutely love these shoes bc I travel often. They are very comfortable & I love the versatility! I have 3 bases & lots of different tops. I have had lots of correspondence with the company & they have always gotten right back to me & addressed any concerns in a timely manner. I had one issue with a blemish on a top that was understandably due to the product storage in hot Florida, but the company was very quick in replacing the top to my satisfaction! I HIGHLY recommend these shoes & I get compliments on them often!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in size 9 and although their website says to order size large tops for size 9 soles, they sent me medium tops for all the shoes I ordered. I've been trying to reach them since the moment I placed my order which was over a month ago and no answer. This is beyond poor customer service!

Just got a set in and love them! Comfortable and will be great for traveling. I like them so much I just ordered two more sets with different soles for myself and two sets for gifts while they are on sale!!

SO I just saw this on Sharktank, think it was an old show, but thought what a great concept. My husband said that I should try as might save money on my shoe addiction.... I received my first pair along with 9 other tops. OMG I am in love. I tried on all the different tops and found only one to be too small. It was a leather strappy top and just too tight. I wish I would have purchased before the fall time, now I need to wait till spring to wear. Just ordered the clog tops and another sole. So excited to get them in.

I love the shoes, but I have had two experiences with what seems non existant customer service. First I went online and its difficult to find a number. Then you call or email the qcs address they provide and no response. I even called NYC and left a message, as well as faxed a letter to ask to just call me.
