I couldn’t be more happy with my extensions. I was experiencing hair thinning from post partum pregnancy so we decided tape in “Sammie” extensions would help me achieve the look I wanted to get back to. Cathi has since applied and reapplied my extensions multiple times and I am in Love! I haven’t experienced any discomfort from placement or more importantly any additional hair loss. Highly recommend her for the best refresh to your hair.

I haven't gone to any stylist other than Cathy and her trusted team in the past 11+ years. Her and her friendly staff are eager to greet myself and fellow customers as I walk in the door with a kind smile, 'hello' and cold beverage offer. :-)
They are always punctual with our appointment and I am further welcomed with a relaxing shampoo before I sit in the chair and let the wizardress work her magic. She is always receptive to what I want out of a haircut and offers suggestions if she thinks I'm way off. I feel I know more and more what I want after every haircut and have been repeatedly told by acquaintances that my past haircut suits me best.
I can't thank Cathy and her team enough for their expertise and I look forward to many more haircuts.

Wow! This place is amazing! I had my haircut by Cathi and my color done by Niki. A dream team!!! I appreciate all the steps of service they provide, from a cold beverage or tea service to a head massage with the shampoo and great conversation at the chair! 10 out of 10!!!!!
Requested style: I wanted a copper colored gloss over a few face framing highlights and my hair faded for my cut. Perfection!

Cathi is one heck of a stylist! Being a guy with long hair most barbers just don't know how to do it right... I always stop in to see her when I'm in west Palm Beach (I live in Orlando) she's that good!
Edit 6 years later from my original review I'm still coming to one XI salon for her wonderful service, prompt communication, and witty conversation.

My boys who are now 16 and 17 have been getting their hair cut by the owner, Cathi, since they were little! She treats them like kings and puts so much TLC into taking care of their beautiful curls. They flat out refuse to allow anyone else to touch their hair! They leave her salon looking like the 2 cutest teen idols ever lol... There's not enough space for all the wonderful things to be said about Cathi and her salon.... go and see for yourself!!!

Cathy has been cutting my hair for almost 3 yrs. I have very difficult hair to cut/style, course and wavy with some thinning, and every single time Cathy cuts my hair, it's the best haircut I've ever had. She's an artist and she's consistent. And she's got a genuine personality; very fair, honest, and with a sense of humor. Like I said, hands down, the best stylist I've ever had.
