This place has gone downhill. I went the other day and waited 15 minutes in line until they finally got the machine working. When they cleaned my windows they used a dirty rag and three days later I'm still trying to get the grime off. God forbid if you ask them to clean the rims.

I've been coming to this place for the past 3 years. Sorry but with this new ownership this place has been terrible in all aspects.
They don't include anymore the shine wheels (now you have to pay $3 extra).
It took almost an hour to have my car cleaned. I didn't say anything because I thought the lady was taking her time cleaning. Unfortunately, I was wrong the car mats from the back seats were not removed to vaccum the carpet. I asked why and she said you have to pay extra. I honestly don't understand this new ownership cleaning concept.

45 - 50 minutes to wait around for basic interior, exterior service. Unreasonable! Meanwhile, they moved my car out of line to allow 4, 5 other cars to go through that were behind me to perform exterior detailing. B.S. Plus they left a piece of interior trim on my sear that was dislodged. Problem is, I'm not sure where this piece goes. Sad service.

Terrible service, I paid for a complete wash and they dried my car with a cloth dirty with grease. My car was left with grease. I told the guy to please clean that up for me and he gave me a bad face and told me that if I want him to do that, I should tip well. what bad service I will never return

I wanted just an interior cleaning in my truck. Their staffed jockey my truck around taking care of customers behind me in line. I get back in my truck and notice they didn’t even clean my dashboard or center console. As a business owner with 6 vehicles in my fleet I would never recommend this lousy service. I tried calling to discuss with a manager but could only leave a message. You’re just a number here, they value quantity over quality. Don’t waste your money

Tanis will get you done right at Wash and Shine in Palm Beach!!! Love bugs got the love beaten out of them and in a Jiffy!! By far the best car wash in West Palm Beach!! Great prices too!!!
