For online orders, you need to purchase a return label yourself to return the item!
I had my favorite Nautica Performance Tee in size M. Seeing a similar style on their website, I ordered 5 Crewneck T-shirts in various colors. Unfortunately, the size M was too small for me. Weird.
When I tried to return them, I found there wasn't even a return initiation button online, nor was there a return shipping label in the original package I received.
I contacted customer support and was told I had to purchase and generate the shipping label myself, as it wasn't their fault the t-shirts didn't fit me. Seriously? Any respectable company offers free returns.
I will never buy from this brand again, online or in stores, due to their awful customer service.

Nice store! Gotta love all the colorful clothes for men. So, far we have an arm full of clothes but not one person offered to help are you okay anything. Okay, a lady who works here seen my arm full and helped out. I know I grew up in a Era that appreciated customer service and seems days are gone.Checking out she was somewhat nice for a 200.00 order.

I ordered online and the package was Returned twice I never get it ... however I called so many time expecting a solution and they never did. They only wanted the order ti canceled because it was the easiest way. wish I could give it zero star because of the awful service
