Down in West Palm for a convention. Did a search for cigar shops and found Mya only ten minutes away. I saw that they hand rolled them there and I wanted to check them out.
It’s a small family business in a little strip of stores. Went in and met George Jr., what nice guy. Told me I missed the roller by a couple minutes. He was knowledgeable about the product and even pulled out some tobacco leaves to show me. I went with a couple house blend robusto maduros. Was a nice smoke. Little bit of spice at the beginning which fades after smoking. Was impressed enough to come back the next day and buy a pack to take home with me. Was created right away by George and even was offered an espresso. Got to see the hand roller this time and Hung out and talked with George and another customer. Just a very friendly customer experience. If I lived in the area I’d have him come out and roll at events. Should definitely check them out for a good smoke and chance to support a family business.

Visited a local cigar shop in West Palm Beach, it was the most amazing experience. This quaint authentic shop was a whole new experience for me and my friends. The owner explained each of the blends, the vast history about the process and shared his family story. Taking that time to educate us while we watched the craft live surround by the amazing aroma of the cigars and authentic leather chairs, it was like taking a step into Cuba 30 years ago! Highly recommend this shop!
