Excellent service from everyone there, I have visited the store on several occasions and they have always been very friendly and have solved my problems. The store is very nice and clean. They also speak Spanish. Good job guys!!

We changed to the subway and in this store they gave poor service. Now my husband and I are unable to call each other due to a mistake by the employee, they promised. They resolved it early and they haven't done anything, my husband has to miss work to go to the store again and demand that they fix the problem, terrible service.

Don't ever go to this MetroPCS, they sold me a refurbished phone as new and also charged me for many accessories they never gave me. I went to return it and they refused because they said it was an upgrade (it was not) they refused to help in anyway. I have to restart my phone several times a day because it won't send or receive calls and messages. Paloma and the other employee starts with a L worst employess ever, thieves!

My experience does not match the rating of this place. I had a great experience and even though they were busy, they took care of me in an efficient manner. And everything seemed a lot quicker once I was able to be attended to.
