I love shopping at this store in NYC and WPB locations. There is always something fun to buy for gifts or yourself . In the city the ladies were always very kind to my not so kind grand dog as we would stop in on our walks to see what l had to have. The WPB store is just as fabulous and the staff always great you with a smile .

Terrible service and way over priced. All of the staff are very rude and have a bad vibe. I will make sure to never do business with this store. I suggest you do the same.

Such a beautiful environment to shop and browse. I've been visiting and shopping here for years. I was truly disappointed and shocked by an orchid arrangement they sent out for me for a special anniversary. When I saw it I was embarrassed it was from us. They charged me $277.00 for 3 orchids in a square white pot with one air plant thrown on. Just a fair warning to not have flowers delivered from here.

Takes a lot for me to post a review. Terrible, terrible customer service (even to loyal customers) and outrageous prices. Arrogant and rude staff. Avoid. Many better options in town.

This is such a beautiful garden shop I love the vibes and the water fountains are so relaxing. The staff is helpful and the prices are very reasonable the delivery fee is dirt cheap I really like this place, always happy to review stores with good customer service they deserve the compliments because nowadays customer service is a rare thing to find.
