Extremely honest, quick, and reliable auto shop. They not only educated me on what was wrong with my car but also didn't try to scare me into doing repairs I didn’t need. They are awesome! They are my go to auto shop from now on! Highly recommend!

Great professional job done here. My AC went out before I brought it in. I was having to put it on max AC and full blast,now I just run it low and the whole car is an icebox.

I had my first experience Master Tech last year after I moved to WPB for an oil change and they helped me remove the damaged bottom underside panel of my car for free. They scheduled me quickly and walked me through the services patiently and provided transparent pricing. I will definitely continue to come back for future car maintenance!

On 06/14/2024, I arrived at the establishment for a pre-scheduled tire installation service that had been arranged through Amazon. Despite arriving 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time, I was informed by the staff that there was no record of my appointment in their system. Despite presenting the confirmation email I had received from the company, I was told that they were fully booked and that I would have to wait at least two hours for my vehicle to be serviced.
Furthermore, I had also requested a wheel alignment service, which was not performed during the extended wait time. I observed that there were more than the initially stated two customers ahead of me, with at least six vehicles being serviced before mine, despite my early arrival.
The overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, with an excessive wait time of over four hours, from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., for a service that was not fully completed as requested.

I was having difficulty starting my car with a "not quite dead" battery. They were able to get me in on short notice for replacement. Fabian, the manager was polite and professional. He explained my options and reviewed additional items to address for the future. I'll go back for that work later.

Had a great experience at Master Techs. Fabian was very thorough in his explanation of services. Nyjah did excellent work on my BMW ! Prices were very reasonable and had a quick turnaround. I've found my mechanic now and very pleased. I highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed!

I have been here a couple times, my last experience was for air conditioning work. They were very knowledgeable about the system and what it would require. Car was ready on time and done correctly very happy and will return.
