I canceled my insurance 5 months ago. Still waiting on my refund checks to come in the mail. I'm owed over $800. Been told the check is I'm the mail on 3 occasions. Was told I'd get a followup by Mallory when she confirmed checks were on the way, but I never got that phone call. Starting to doubt I'll ever get what's owed to me.

After a situation that started out pretty frustrating, Sam came and pretty much saved the day. She a fantastic communicator, consistent, and was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

I worked with Sami on getting a new policy and she was extremely helpful in getting me a much more affordable plan. We went over a few different options and she found the best one for me. Definitely go see her!

It is absolutely appalling to me that this office has anything other than a 5 star rating when the agent I worked with, Michele, was so incredibly phenomenal. Not only did she obliterate my car insurance payment, but she also helped me obtain two additional services for half of what I was paying with my other insurance provider. Due to her professionalism, and ability to change my perception of insurance agents, not only will I be contacting this office again for all of my insurance needs, I will also be refering them to everyone I know. I implore you to give her a call. You won't regret it.

Due to a misunderstanding on our homeowner's insurance policy, it was cancelled. KeiKei Hartfield worked with us to get it re-established. She worked miracles and within a few days we again had insurance coverage. If you ever have a problem with your insurance do not hesitate to contact her. She is very easy to work work with and has a great personality.

My daughter was on a deadline to get her homeowners insurance. There were some minor issues with her documentation. Michele worked on it until Friday night at 10:30. We had our policy by 11pm.
Also Reme (sp) helped us to complete the policy application on the phone. Thank you s much for all the help!
